OK only got in 20 mins as I had to go to see my shoulder doctor! I did though go on the level 5 weightloss, it was really hard but I burned 80 calories in 0 mins :)

Just got back from the gym 20 minutes on the treadmill @ an incline of 15 with a speed 3.7...10 mins on the bike @ lever 7, then 1 hr 30 mins weight training with the FI...to say the least, Im ready for bed!!
