Have you exercised today?

Ugh.. Ive been sick for the last 2 weeks. The flu, laryngitis, pink eye(in both eyes) and yesterday I had some sort of Norwalk-like stomach flu. Yep...so needless to say I havent done much of anything, including eat. Back on track after New Years when I feel better!

Oh yuck, that sounds awful! I hope you feel better soon.

 

I have NOT exercised since the week after my wedding when I went to Body Pump once. I feel like sloth. :S

 

Maybe I'll go NYE.

I took the week off since I went home for Christmas, and after gaining 3 lbs of stuffing my face during that time, I'll be back in the gym tomorrow... So glad the holidays are OVER!!!

I haven't exercised since the week of my wedding when I ran on the beach once... S&M.gif

 

I have been eating like a fool and DH and I have both begun to pack on Lbs. Boo frown.gif

 

Now as of yesterday, I think I have bruised my tailbone. Not sure how though. I'm having a pretty severe ache in by butt area when I stand up and sit down. Even when I was sleeping it bugged me last night. Im pretty sure it's my tailbone. Damnit!

I may have to go to a doctor. I think I can still go jogging. I may try.

Do you remember falling or hitting it?? Seems a weird pain to have when you don't remember doing anything to it! Keep us posted!!

power walked and jogged 3.5 miles this morning and did 20 mins of weights. After taking a week and a half off, I feel so much better to be back in my normal routine! I feel like I've plateaued though. How long does that usually last? I have BD pics next month and am getting a little nervous.
