you're absolutely right

my "no fun diet'' consists of eating healthy, only whole wheat, brown rice or quinoa for carbs which I almost always try and have before 3pm, tonnes of fruit and veg, watch the portion sizes, no added sugar -  that kind of stuff. It's nothing set, it's just a very (plain) simple way of eating! lol. Difficult to do when you have a ridiculous sweet tooth like myself.

If I was able to cut out baked goods I would be much more in shape!! Not to mention, my new cupcake hobby!!  Might have to put it on a hiatus until October 22nd lol

No gym today but plan on doing an hour of cardio tommorow- 15 minutes walk, 15 minutes run, 15 minutes bike, 15 minutes high impact eliptical.

Hey Brides :)

I started back on my eating helathy/working out kick on Monday.  I also joined www.myfitnesspal.com where I have been tracking everything I eat plus my exercise.  If anyone wants to join, my username is shaquita724.... add me and we can be updated on each other's progress. :)  So far so good... my wedding dress came in today so that is a little extra motivation for me.

I do think it is, but I would start with low weights in the beginning.  I like that it's only 20 minutes a day, but it does focus a lot on strength - and there is no breaks. It's 10 days on Level 1, 10 on Level 2 and then 10 on Level 3.  So it is an everyday thing, but for 20 minutes it's not that bad. I am still on Level 1, but decided to actually add a little cardio to my life - interval running (Couch to 5k ) 3x a week to help speed along the process.  Boudoir shoot in 30 days!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
