Overall a good wedding but a few major hiccups. We had a group of about 30 people all together at the wedding. 6 out of the 30 people could not stay at the Palace or the Santa Fe because it was "sold out" (tried to book about 3-4 weeks before wedding). They had to stay down the street at the Villa Del Palmar (not all inclusive). I later met a couple who booked their trip 2 weeks ago as a very discounted rate so I am a little upset that my husbands family had to stay off the resort when there were obviously rooms available. Check-in/Transportation: Since we worked with a travel agency we had transportation from the airport through Telemar. They were on time and very accommodating with our entire group. The cab ride took about 35 minutes to get to the resort from the airport. Check in was no problem, we were greeting with drinks and a map of the resort. Our room wasn't ready yet so we had some lunch at the great buffet and then some drinks at the lobby bar. We checked back early to see if the room was ready yet and they put a rush on cleaning it so that we could settle in. Cute towel decorations greeted us on the bed. Rooms: We were upgraded to an oceanview room on the 2nd floor because of our wedding package. I have to say, I wasn't too impressed with the rooms or hallways...they seemed a little outdated to me in comparison to some other hotels I stayed in. Just my preference. The oceanview room wasn't a true oceanview, more like a pool view and corner ocean view, still nice though. The room was cleaned and restocked every day and they made sure to ask if we wanted more towels every night. The cleaning crew work their butts off and do such a great job! Food: Food was pretty good, lots of selection even for vegetarians (my whole family are vegetarians). The specialty restaurants were not my favorite because I am a picky eater. My favorite was the Italian lunch restaurant, San Jose (Mexican restaurant at night). Japanese restaurant entrees were good but all the restaurants have a very limited selection, you can choose from like 3 things. My husband enjoyed the steak restaurant. Neither of us liked the Krystal restaurant, too weird and hard to get into for a reservation. Pool side fajitas were bomb. We walked over to spend the day at the Santa Fe one day and the food was no where near as good. The pool side servers were very attentive and constantly asking if we wanted anything. Rehearsal Dinner: We had our rehearsal dinner at the San Jose Mexican restaurant. We were supposed to have a semi private dinner on the terrace over looking the beach which was including in our wedding package but we showed up for our reservation at 8:30pm and was told that we would be sitting in the restaurant with the other guests because someone else had the terrace. I was upset because there was nothing special about our dinner, we were just in the restaurant at a long table like everyone else and I paid good money to have that semi private dinner. The food options were suckling pig, mushroom ravioli, chick and steak fajitas, and prawns as well as the buffet. It was just okay. The BIGGEST complaint I have is that they would not allow my husband's family (sisters and mother) on to the resort for the rehearsal dinner even with guest passes because they said they were at full capacity!! They tried 3 separate times throughout the day to pay for guest passes and spend the day with us and the security at the gate would not allow them in and would not even call the front desk to check and see if they were in the wedding party. They were extremely rude and difficult. Finally at 8:45pm after 4 attempts they got in but were told they could not come back to the resort the next day until after 12:30pm even though they paid a full day pass and it was the wedding day! Spa: Ok....this is not a spa. I decided to have my hair and makeup done at the resort because I didn't want to travel to a salon on my wedding day and the resort requires a $300 outside vendor fee if you bring someone in (bogus). My hair and makeup turned out good but not great...I know I could of looked better and that is not feeling you want on your wedding day. The hairdresser/makeup artist (same person) did not speak any English so it was very difficult to communicate what I wanted even with lots of pictures. I showed up for my appointment expecting a full salon with a lot of hair and makeup gadgets that a normal person wouldn't have to make me look fabulous and what I got was 1 chair, 1 lady, 1 curling iron, and 1 can of hairspray. That's it. It turned out alright after several times of correcting what I wanted. I would not recommend getting you hair and makeup done at the RIU Palace salon. Ceremony: Ceremony was at the San Jose gazebo. The ceremony was beautiful, music and everything went off without a hitch. The wedding coordinator (Jazz) did a good job. Reverend Marco did a great job, personal and funny at the same time. It lasted about 25-30 minutes. Everything was set up just like I instructed the wedding coordinator. NOTE: We went to see the ceremony space the day before the wedding and were SHOCKED when we saw a huge trashy massage tent and white van in plain view of the gazebo that would obviously be seen in all the pictures. It is not part of the resort and is technically on the next property so there is nothing that can be done about it but it would have been nice to know a head of time to prepare or bring something to hide the hideous eyesore. I am not exaggerating...it's bad. Reception: We paid the extra money to have a private reception at the Baja Norte. This is by far the best decision we made. It was beautiful. There were 3 other weddings that night at the steakhouse terrace, beach, and mexican terrace...so many people commented how they were so thankful we paid the extra money because the other areas were just simply not as nice. I have to note something else that was very upsetting, we missed about an hour of our reception because the coordinators never told our guests when they could come down to the reception space from our cocktail hour in the lobby. The guests were supposed to be seated at 6:30pm and when we came to the reception to be announced as a new couple, there was not a soul in sight. It wasn't until about 7:20pm that I found my sister-in-law who told everyone to come down. Very upsetting. The wedding coordinator claimed she told everyone to come down but they were just having too good of a time sitting in the lobby at cocktail hour. Yeah right. Maybe I would believe that if there were some people down at the reception site, but not a single person including my mom was there. I really wish I had that hour back. The food at the reception was ok/good. As I said, my whole family are vegetarians so the wedding coordinator gave us 2 veggie options and 1 beef options which was nice (usually it's just 1 and 1). We had the stuffed eggplant, vegetable lasagna, and beef fillet. Asparagus soup was the best part. The resort DJ was good, I gave him a playlist to stick to and he did for the most part so no real complaints there. I did not use the resort photogprapher because I did not like their work I saw online. I paid the $300 outside vendor fee and got Gilda Badillo Photography. Phenomenal. Worth every penny. The cake cutting was another bust. First of all, they had nothing for us to cut the cake with when it came time. Our photographer had to find a mini pearing knife to cut the cake. We had no plates or forks either, we had to use our hands It was a disaster. We didn't get to eat a piece of the cake either. The head waiter said they would send 2 pieces up to our room but they never did so we never even got to eat out own wedding cake BUT everyone said it was very very tasty. The service was on point, drinks constantly flowing, shots being made, they made sure everyone was taken care of. The reception ended promptly at 11pm. We continued the party at the Pacho night club which was actually a ton of fun. Overall it was a great wedding and a great trip with 30 of our closest friends and family!

Does anyone have any photographer recommendations for our wedding by Cancun, Mexico? Our photographer is probably the most important thing in our wedding, so I want to make sure I make the right decision. I want one of a kind pictures that capture all the candid moments throughout our wedding day. Pictures that are magazine worthy. Preferably I want someone who has worked at the Now Sapphire so they can show us the best picture places, but it is not necessary. Who would you say is the best of the best for photography in the Cancun area? Photographers- Please feel free to reach out to me with package pricing and sample pictures at kathyandethan@@gmail.com Thank you for any help!

Hi everyone I'm hitting the point where I'm so super stressed about this whole planning. We are trying to balance so many different factors, and I'm finding it hard to come to a good decision. Up until now, I was pretty set on Beach Palace and am still moving forward with that. The problem with Beach Palace is apparently availability is limited - so what happens if they run out of rooms? We're going to reserve a block of 10 rooms, but we may need more than this. We also don't want to reserve more right now because we are putting the deposit down for each person, and if we don't fill them, we're out that money. I'm also still afraid the costs might be a bit high for my guests. I think we got a great rate for the place, but I do wish it were $100-$200 less. I'm also worried about things like guests booking outside of our block, etc. because that will impact any perks we get as a wedding. Palace also has really high vendor fees and I know I'd want to bring in outside sources for photography, videography and maybe flowers. We'd also have to pay extra for things like extending our reception, etc. It seems like they nickel and dime you everywhere on resorts. I've also been considering going off resort because we can get more for our money. I recently found the Grand Coral Beach Club in Playa del Carmen and I think it's a fantastic beautiful venue and I'm considering it now for a Thursday (they have great Mon-Thurs) promo. The reviews here are all good. We would save on things like vendor fees, but we would have to hire a wedding planner probably which might offset that. This would probably help alleviate some stress for me though. Our guests would stay in Playa del Carmen, and we'd have less stress as they wouldn't be pressured to book with us and could even stay at a different resort. My fiance is adamant on is golf/green fees being included because his family and friends play, but that really limits our choice because most of the golf resorts are pricier which is a factor for my family and friends. And ideally, i still would like to have most of us stay in the same hotel so I'm very torn. AHH - any advice? Any suggestions on resorts or venues or anything I'm missing? I tried to talk to my fiance about this but he got stressed after 10 minutes, and I'm like this has been me for the last month! And I thought destination wedding planning was supposed to be easier?

Hello Ladies! I'm planning for my April 2015 wedding and in the process of narrowing down my top resorts in the DR (Punta Cana) and wanted to see if anyone has any particular recommendations or feedback they can provide regarding the "best" resorts and family-friendly as well, since we will have children attending our wedding too. I've been looking at a TON of resorts and really seem to like the Paradisus Palma Real & Punta Cana, Majestic Colonial & Elegance, Dreams Palm Breach, Sanctuary Cap Cana and NOW Larimar. Has anyone recently gotten married at any of these resorts or looking into them as well? I'd also be open to suggestions for any other resorts not mentioned too, since I'm still pretty early in the process of narrowing down my "top picks" and recommendations, feedback, etc. is always a huge plus. I'd also really like to be married on the beach and have our reception elsewhere (inside on "solid ground') as we don't want guests to have to worry about walking around in the sand at dinner. I ideally would love to have the reception in an area with an inside and outside, so guests can be in the AC and out in the fresh air as they choose. I have found a few places that seem to offer this, yet it's always so hard to tell from the pictures and the responses sometimes are a bit vague from the WC's. It's also a little bit difficult since we do have quite a large guest list (about 275) and know for sure that we will have at least 50 people attending (our closest friends and family) and possibly 100-150, but I really think we may only end up with 80-100 in total, although you never know for sure! So we're somewhat limited in choosing locations that only allow for a smaller number of people. I may ask guests to RSVP sooner rather than later, so I know for sure. Another concern of mine is privacy. I know getting married on the beach isn't generally all too private, yet if anyone is aware of resorts that offer more privacy for a beach ceremony, I'd greatly appreciate it! Also, I'll be reserving a private area for the reception to ensure we won't have any "unwanted" guests crashing the wedding. I'm open to suggestions and recommendations for the reception area as well, so feel free to send them on over! It'd also be a huge plus to find a place that has great food too... not just average. However, I know this varies from person to person. I,saw a few posts where people mentioned getting sick. I'm not sure if it was from the food or what, but that definitely scares me quite a bit, since it would really put a damper on my wedding day. Has anyone experienced getting sick themselves or any guests not feeling well? Some of the reviews were a few years old so I'm hoping things have improved at those resorts since then, yet you never really know. Any feedback, suggestions, recommendations, pictures, etc. would be a HUGE help and GREATLY appreciated as this process of narrowing down the resorts is pretty overwhelming for sure!! THANKS SO MUCH!!

After 10 months of planning and looking forward to our trip, it has come and gone and was a fantastic party!!!!Here goes my review! General: The resort is beautiful, though the grounds are small. However, for a wedding party it’s fantastic! We ran into each other everywhere and considering it goes up rather than down, it was so easy for us to run to and from another’s room. We were there Jan 15-22, 2014. The resort was booked out completely, so it was hard for ones in our group who did not get the right room/beds/did not like their room to switch around…so that got a touch complicated as they had to wait two days to do so. There were also 8 weddings the week we were there. SOOOOOOO Busy! Check-in: 5/10 We arrived Wednesday night at 8:45pm….and I has emailed the day before to remind them as 40 of us arrived at once and we had kids and babies in tow. We were hoping for more staff at the check-in so we could all get to dinner (our 6 hour flight had no food and people were starving). However, check-in was brutally slow and people were absolutely dying waiting there with no food. Some even abandoned their luggage just to head over to the buffet. The buffet as it was late…had no proteins left…so not the best combo. Also, a whole section of our group was plunked on the second floor which is right near the entrance and had a ton of noisy all night long…and could not change rooms for two nights. We also had two men who had booked two double beds, and ended up with one king…they were not impressed. We were greeted with champagne…but it was a touch late and part of our group had abandoned the line for the buffet at that point. Resort: 9/10 Dreams PA is a beautiful resort. It is small, which is why we chose it. The staff at this resort was amazing! They were attentive and were always around to serve you or ask if you needed anything. Rooms did have a touch of a problem. Several of the showers did not drain, and a few of our guests complained that their toilets plugged. Also, most of the rooms smelled quite moldy due to the moisture. BRING FEBREEZE, our one bottle was a lifesaver. Also, some rooms had tubs and others didn’t…it was kind of odd and they gave the showered rooms to our families with babies and tubs to others who would not use them. The resort offers 24 hour room service, which we took advantage of a few times. Our food was usually delivered in 30-40 minutes and was good. The room service menu is small, but the items were yummy. Rooms/Housekeeping: 7/10 We stayed in an ocean view room (748) and had the honeymoon package, the day after the wedding they had a little banner on our door. There were flower petals all over the bed with towel art when we arrived. They had a bottle of wine and two apples for us as well. Every day they made some cute little animal or doll out of the towels. While the room is nice, it is very narrow and not too large (the day of the wedding with all the girls there trying to get ready it got really hectic and felt too small)…in hindsight I would’ve gotten a new room. But the view was awesome…no complaints there. They weren’t very good about refilling the minibar, we left a note for certain things and never got them refilled…we had to go grab water from our concierge. Our lock on our door was also broken…on the wedding day…and it took them a while to get it dealt with. Also, no water pressure in the showers! Beach/Pools: 8/10 the beach is SMALL. It is beautiful though with warm water and soft sand. Don't plan to take long walks, although I think if you really wanted you could walk down the beach of the other resorts. We were so busy with all the plans and the weather wasn’t that nice when we were there so I didn’t spend much time at the beach. The pool was really nice for the little ones…I saw them in there every day; also the service at the pool was amazing. Super quick and the servers were always around. Every time we turned around there was a new round of shots or drinks. Food/Restaurants: 9/10 the restaurants to choose from are: Seaside Grill: by the main pool, easiest to go to. Food was good, pretty quick. Outside seating. Also open for lunch! With a different menu so that was awesome. World Cafe: dinner here is not as good as the a la carte, so aside from day one we didn’t eat here. But pretty good stuff for breakfast! Portofino: Italian; some serious lines to eat here! But the food is amazing! Steaks at all the restaurants were amazing, melts in your mouth. The tiramisu here is to die for as well. El Patio: Mexican; we ate here for our rehearsal dinner. They put a bunch of tables together for us, amazing service and they do a little show with their Mayan coffee (coffee lit on fire). Really cool! Oceana: Seafood; we froze to death! Also it was a cold night and we didn’t realize it was all outdoors. Also we went for our welcome dinner and had a group of 20 and 10….the table of 20 waited almost an hour to eat because they all had to be served at the same time…they do this cute little reveal with the dishes covered and all that. But because of it people were starving and cold. Opps. But the steaks were amazing and so was the cheesecake! Gohan: Sushi; DO NOT EAT HERE….it was not good….and bugs were falling into our food. Entertainment/Things to do: 7/10 We watched a few shows, their magic one was meh. Their fire show was really good, and their rock band/dancing one was okay. I would say overall their shows are not as good as the larger hotels. Wedding Details: Wedding Coordinator: 10/10 I worked with Jacki, she was great to work with, but was really busy so we never got the rehearsal that we asked for…but I ended up watching a wedding the day before and told my wedding party what to do. Jacki pretty much showed up when we needed her to, and the wedding dress, and flowers just appeared. Also, she took all of my decorations and had them up without me even telling her what I wanted. She also set up a surprised bridal shower for me on request by my bridal party and it was beautiful! Spa/Hair: 6/10 Heads up, spa area is TINY! If you were hoping to get a big group in at one time….plan ahead. I had my trial done the second day I was there and the hair turned out fine…but the makeup. NOT IMPRESSED. But I am Asian, so I have features that I guess she did not know how to work with. Also, I had asked ahead of time if they have spray on foundation and was told yes…..She did not have that, nor know what that is. I also asked her to contour my face (she did not know what that is either). With my eyes, if makeup is too heavy or beyond the lids I look like I got punched in the face. Ha-ha. So I had shown up with pictures of a trial I had done previously, with step by step pictures. The makeup artist was not able to replicate. So, in the end I went back for the hair…and was fortunate enough to have amazingly talented friends who did my makeup. Thank goodness I brought all the makeup that I needed just in case! The hair and makeup trial costed me $110, and just the hair on the day of $60. Flowers: 5/10 I didn't care too much about flowers so I only had my bouquet, a boutonniere for my hubby, which Jacki had said would be coral but turned out red. It also died really quickly…so not sure if the outliner was worth it. I had real touch bouquet and boutonnieres for the rest of the bridal party which looked good the whole night! Photography: 11/10 (can I say that they are any more amazing?) We had an outside photographer named Jhankarlo and his assistant Diana, they were amazing!!!! I would highly recommend them to any bride!!!! Very reasonably priced and they even spent extra time with us just the get the right shots. I will be doing a review just for them!! They have also worked in Dreams PA before and knows all the right places on the corals and throughout the resort to get the best shots with the best lighting. We also had a First Look shoot and they coordinated where to meet. We also did our trash the dress shoot with them as well and had an amazing time. They are so easy going and just makes the shoot extremely fun and comfortable. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! http://jhankarlophotography.com/ Ceremony: 10/10 Our ceremony was at 4pm in the wedding gazebo. It was fantastic as the sun was setting the light was shining from behind our guest, so we were washed in sunlight which made for fantastic photos and also our guests did not have to squint. I had no flowers for the gazebo, but I didn’t think I needed it. It has the white chiffon materials all over and I also brought pink and coral chair sashes and starfish aisle deocrations. We wrote our own vows, and opted out of anything religious. We also had our wedding party read a children’s book ‘I like you’ which was lovely. But aside from that the ceremony was really short, had I known this I might have added a sand ceremony. We rented the speakers! DO IT! Cause the waves were quite loud and hard to hear over it. The ceremony was more than we could ask for! It was short, sweet, and very much tailored for us. Couldn’t have asked for more. The sound system to set up was around $120. Brides! You have to walk over sand to get to the gazebo!!! Be aware if you are wearing extremely high heels and have no one to hold on to..I sank in the sand a bit so my dress looked a bit longer and made it harder to walk. Dinner: 9/10 We booked out El Patio for $900 and had it from 7-10pm. The food was fantastic; we chose the Caribbean buffet and had the option to switch out some foods, which was great! Because we ended up choosing all things that we liked. Coconut fish, short ribs and potato and leek soup was our favorite! However, we were so busy during the reception that we didn’t get to eat much. Reception: 10/10 My only downside is that the tables are set up around the tree in El Patio, and therefore my parents sat in the wrong spot, and could not see us. I didn’t have table seating and we ended up all dancing at Desires Night Club and so we did no dancing at El Patio and did not need that much spacing between the tables… El Patio is gorgeous, and I had brought tons of sea shells to be placed as centerpieces and Jacki had them scattered with candles all over. It was beautiful. I left all of the sea shells there with Jacki, in case any future brides with like sea shells all over as well! Conclusion: Our wedding was more than we ever imagined! While Dreams PA may not be perfect for the older crowd, the intimacy of Desires Nightclub and the fact that the resort was small made it the perfect location for our wedding group to meet up and run into each other and to have our own small party every day and everywhere that we went. I don’t think we would go back to Dreams for a vacation (too many groups and too much partiers…like our group! Ha-ha) but for a wedding it was fantastic! I have attached pictures and also, my wedding plan and several other documents from my planning process.

Hello all-- We're pretty much all set for our pending nuptials at Now Sapphire--Riviera Maya on June 27th. We've been in relatively constant communication with our wedding coordinators, but I want to make sure we cover our bases. We plan on renting the DJ equipment and flying in our DJ (all of which we cleared with the coordinators prior to booking). Has anyone done this before?

What resort are you getting married at and what was the thing that "sealed the deal" for you selecting this resort. I THINK I want to get married at Grand Princess Riviera Maya BUT I keep thinking "Maybe there is another resort I would love even more that I haven't come across just yet". Im booking shy until I know for sure I have scoped out the perfect place for my perfect budget. This may help me check out your resorts and decide that maybe I'd like to switch it up or perhaps it may seal my deal that the Princess is right for my wedding.... Also, does your resort include a cocktail hour after the ceremony or a private area to do "dances", or do you have to pay extra at your location. (Trying to keep things modest in price and go....

Has anyone ever bought something online at cosco or Walmart and just picked it up from the store in Mexico? I was thinking it would be so simple if I found things I liked for decorations. Thank you!

Hello ladies! So, has anyone here found an off site chapel for the ceremony in or around PDC? I have a dream of getting married in a tiny little old Meixcan church with only candles and flowers my TA is currently looking for options, but maybe you ladies have suggestions! I am getting married at the Riu Palace Mexico and they have a small chapel but I hear it only holds 20 ppl. Does anyone know if that's true? Thank you so much!

Hello! I've been researching so much about all of the different wedding packages at different hotels that I think the information is getting muddled in my head! My fiance and I are focused right now on the Beach Palace or Moon Palace hotels. We feel like we'll be able to hit the 75+ room nights, which means unlimited private events. Now we thought this meant that we wouldn't have to pay for the food/drink at the wedding reception, etc. and this really attracted us as at other hotels like Dreams, the cost is quite high if you have over the 20 or so included people in the wedding package. Is there a cap to how many people can be included in the private events at the Palace resorts before having to pay extra? I must have missed this. My TA is saying that the cap is 30, and that we will have to pay extra for any on top of this. Can someone please confirm to me if this is true, and how much that extra cost would be? I'm going through all my brochure and literature now to find this and I'm having trouble Thanks!

Hi Everyone! I am so glad I found this site and finally got the sense to join. I think we have nailed down a date and a location but now that we are working on reserving that date, I am super nervous that I have made the right decision! We have a 2 (will be 3 then) year old son so we have to make sure it is a family-friendly resort. I wouldn't imagine leaving him out of it.... We are working with an agent to reserve Dreams Palm Beach resort in Punta Cana, DR. Any advice, recommendations, etc you have on the resort and all the options would be lovely! Like, do I want to get married on the beach or the garden? Beach reception or pool side? I would love to see pics of your wedding/reception- the websites don't have a lot of the specific locations. Thanks in advance for your help Jess

Hello Everyone! I am new to this website and am just looking for a little bit of help... we have narrowed down our search for the perfect destination wedding location to Jamaica (for November 2014), and now just need to take the plunge and pick our resort. We have it down to a short list, so I am hoping that after I post the names of those resorts here, anyone who has been to any of these locations will be able to share their thoughts / experiences and help us to make our final decision. The resorts that have made our short list are: Grand Palladium Gran Bahia Principe Iberostar Rose Hall RIU Ocho Rios The specific characteristics that we are especially interested in are the following: -quality of the beach -quality and variety of the food -flexibility and affordability of the wedding packages -overall atmosphere of the resort -overall experience as a wedding destination Thank you everyone for your help!!

Hello all! In 2008, my husband and I began planning a destination wedding in Mexico, only we ended up splitting up. We then ended up back together, and I was pregnant, so we had a quick close-friends-and-family wedding. It was a beautiful wedding, but not what I hoped considering I was pregnant and couldn't even have a glass of champagne. We had our honeymoon in Cabo, which also was a babymoon. We are happily married with two kids today, and we want to make our 5th anniversary special (it's July 2015). I would really like a vow renewal ceremony in Cabo. I'm looking for ideas on what to do, where to do it, where to stay, etc. It wouldn't be many people. My mother and her partner; my sister-in-law, her husband, and their two kids; possibly and older couple; and a very big maybe for two other families. This needs to be a family friendly event as I want my children to be a part of it and it's likely their toddler cousins will also be there (they will be ages 2 and 4 at the time). I'm not looking for anything fancy because the thing that will make it most special is having our children with us. My only requirement is that I want to do a vow renewal ceremony on the beach. We would like to stay at an all-inclusive that caters to kids. And we are on a budget. I'm trying to get an early start on the planning so I can tell people how much they would likely need to save in order to go. Knowing what amount needs to be saved ahead of time might mean that more of our family/friends would like to join. But even if no one wants to go, I'd still like to go with my husband and kids. So are there any ideas on doing a simple, low-budget, vow renewal ceremony that would be family-friendly? Thanks.

Hello! I am a newbie!! My Fiance and I finally decided on a destination wedding and after countless hours researching places, we decided on the RIU Palace in Cabo San Lucas. I visited the Santa Fe last June and loved it! I like the wedding Venues at the Palace better (from what I see online) and I like giving my guest the option of going to both the Santa Fe and the Palace, so we went with the Palace. We are aiming for June 2015! I am extremely excited and I am so glad I came across this site to help keep me busy in the meantime! Any suggestions, info, details you can give about the Riu Palace in Cabo it would be greatly appreciated!! Happy Planning to all of you!

I have been working with a travel agent for group room blocks and finally got in contact by Palace Resorts. Has anyone worked with Lula Muniz from Palace Resorts? Thoughts or insight on how things worked out with her? I was expecting to hear from someone in their MIA office since I read on here that you get assigned with their agents and don't work with the actual coordinatiors in Mexico until your there. When she called it was a MX phone number.
