I love this dress it's simple but perfect!

My budget was 1500 but my dress was a Maggie and percect only cost meeh 1200....single most expensive article I ever bought...I totally can't imagine spending much more....maybe if i had more money I would say otherwise though! =)

It would be a great present for the mother or father as a gift too! i think we are gonna do albums after the wedding of the trip for both of them....we are paying for the wedding so figured that was okay!

Ya I was thinking the same thing...It's going to be very casual at my FI family Cabin (which is more like a mini compound minus the weird paligimy thing) It's where we spent our first weekend and where he proposed so it seemed like a no brainer but it is kinda rustic so I was gonna do beach theme even though its a cabin and get a projector a dj etc...may just BBQ though it's more of a party than a reception really but i wanted to bring some of the reception into the event that's why I was thinking about a small favor or something....what do you guys think? sounds like as far as the destination is considered I'll be fine with the OOT bags and I was probably gonna do fans for the girls on the chairs or something! lol the guys would never be caught dead to use em no matter how hot it is!

lol that's a good point! I don't think many of my guests have dont a destination wedding either!

I am not paying for the dresses, however I did offer to help anyone who needed me to.....I only looked at dresses that were 100 or less and finally found one and David's Bridal that was perfect! I would rather get them gifts for being my bridesmaids than buy the dress plus non except one seemed to care about the $$. also I have 6 bridesmaids and that would have been super pricey!

Ya...we are going to be cups already in there so I guess that with the bag and all the goodies would be considered favor....maybe if I find something cute and inexpensive I'll swoop it up but if not I won't stress!

Wow I wish I could cover my bridesmaids accommodations! lol i have 6 ouch! I think you doing that is awesome enough but I understand the need to stick to tradition and get them something extra!

Okay so whats the ettiquet on favors if I do an Out of town bag with cup, kit, supplies etc? If I do the bags do I still neet to get Favors for the reception after the wedding? any cheap ideas if so? Also doing a AHR we need favors for this too right? different from the ones at the destination wedding? ohhh so confused!! Everyone is invited to everything so IDK if I should just do OOT bags for people who come to wedding and than a small favor for AHR.....confused! help!

I love the pink! I adore the one shoulder but my dress is already...IDK Y i feel like i'm the only one who can have one strap haha love though!
