  1. Hi guys- I'm selling my La Femme 15027 dress- sz 14. It's a gorgeous dress- I was going to wear it for my TTD in mexico, but I recently found a different dress I like better. Anyway, I bought it on Tiza.com, but I can't return it now, so I'm just trying to recoup some of the $. I'm selling it for $250- paid $358 for it. Let me know if you have any questions. It's brand new- never worn or altered- and it still has the tags attached.
  2. WOW, these came out AMAZING! I too took inspiration from Laura's MIBs (saved under my favorites forever : ) and am doing these as well. We're going to assemble them this weekend, and it looks like I may be borrowing some of your wonderful ideas! (i especially LOVE the "please deliver luggage to:" tag- so creative!) Thank you for much for posting-Great job!
  3. Omg gosh Lindsey, thanks for posting all these videos! I just made my FI sit and watch all of them with me, lol. He's so excited now...he especially can't wait to play pin pong in the pool, haha
  4. In case anyone's interested, I came across an Etsy vendor (Lisa's Handmade Boutique) who makes the Fuji instant film guest books...soo pretty http://www.etsy.com/shop/TheHandmadeBoutique
  5. You have the most amazing ideas...I love this!! Congrats on your wedding and thanks for sharing : )
  6. Omgosh, these are absolutely gorgeous!! I have to agree with J & G, i'm more excited about our TTD than our regular wedding photos...is that bad, lol??
  7. We're date twins!! My FI & I are getting married on 12.3.11 in Mexico too (@ DRC) I love your invites- they turned out great! Congrats!
  8. Your brochures are great...love how they coordinate with your invites! I'm using that packing list too. Great job!
  9. Thanks for posting this...I bought sanddollars cheap at my local Christmas Tree Shop and knew I would use them as escort cards, but wasn't sure if I should write directly on them..(?) I haven't decided yet, but this looks great and would save me the trouble of neatly writting (and probably messing up) the sanddollars...decisions, decisions lol. Thanks for the pics!
  10. Wow, such a GREAT planning thread...I love everything! I really can't believe you did most of that in just a few months...I'm amazed! You look beautiful in your dress, btw...congrats on becoming a mrs.!
  11. Hi Sarah, thanks again for posting a pic of your fiance's outfit- my fi & I went to Macy's this weekend for the 25% off friends & family sale (not voluntarily either, I tricked him into going there) and we ended up getting the same Perry Ellis suit in color "sand"- pants, jacket and vest! Yay!! Thanks for posting, my fi has a strange obsession for vests too, lol, so he loved this one. He tried on a different suit by Tasso Ella at Macy's which was just the linen pants ($29.98) and jacket ($99.98)- (fyi, if anyone else is interested) GREAT deal as well, looked really nice on him too, but it didn't have a matching vest, so that was the deal breaker, lol. Thanks again!
  12. Wow, thanks for posting this...great find! They have a really cute palm tree necklace that I love too... (sigh), choices, choices : )
  13. Really great find...gotta love Target! Too bad there's no yellow ones... : ( Thanks for sharing!
  14. They came out really great! Such a good idea since you're right, it's usually pretty windy and paper cards would fly away...good job!
  15. Oh and thanks for easing our minds about the DJ- its great to hear he worked out for you, seeing as how the resort isn't giving us many options... I personally don't care WHO the DJ is, as long as he does a good job keeping my guests on their feet dancing and having a good time. I know his first few reviews weren't stellar, but it seems he's improved...
  16. Hi Missy- congrats on your wedding! I'm glad to hear no one got really sick. It was kinda scary reading those trip advisor reviews for a while. Hopefully they've corrected the problem? Elevated "bathroom use" (trying to put it nicely : 0 ) is to be somewhat expected due to the different foods your guests may not used to, but being out of commission for a few days is not cool since most of my guests are only going for a long weekend...
  17. Hi guys- I'm getting married on Dec 3rd at Dreams Riviera Cancun in Mexico! Congrats to all other Dec brides! I can't believe some of you have 40-50 people booked already...are you miracle workers?! We have about 10 so far and I'm sure the others will book a month before we leave, lol. Anyway, congrats everyone!! Can't wait!
  18. You're welcome : ) I actually had no idea that Dreams had one! A couple of my friends had honeymoon registries set up with their resorts, so I just googled it for Dreams to see and surprise! It came right up. I haven't really heard mention of it, which I find strange, but oh well. We haven't set it up yet, but I did show my FI and he liked it too so. I just hope people don't think its tacky...I'm slowly learning that you can't please everyone though. It just makes the most sense for us : ) My wedding's Dec 3rd btw~ it's slowly closing in! I'm up to my eyeballs in DIY projects, lol...when's yours?
