Are we all flying with transat as there is anywhere from 11, 16 and 21st person free. We are leaving in May and we have to pay 60 days prior to departure so March 1st, and we only had to put $200 to reserve each spot. We booked in April 2010....this seems so weird! lol

This happens to me all the time too for some reason. I just take everything out of my cart and re-add it, it seems to do the trick. I usually only have this problem if I add something to my cart and then come back days later to order. Hope this helps!

So I contacted my TA and she said the price has only dropped $81. How did you check Air Canada etc to see what they were offering. When did you contact transat too and say that you wanted yours $50 off extra. Do you have the contact you used? Its funny too as we have every 21 person free and not 16th and we are both flying transat Any help would be awesome Thanks!!!

Hey, DId your TA contact you to say the the price went down as we are also flying with Transat and havent heard anything and we really want it to drop...plus $150 would be awesome!! How did you also get them to give you $50 a person as Ill deffinately email and bitch as they havent done anything for us and we have 43 people. I already emailed them awhile ago asking for like pens etc to put in our OOT bags and the response was no which suprised me! I have to say I am not very impressed with Transat and wish we were flying with Sunwing!!

So the chair coverers are not included in the packages? I thought they were.... My mom is wearing a blue dress and my dad a light blue shirt with kakis and brown sandals...my FMIL is wearing a lighter shade of green and they dont have his outfit yet. I didnt have any input, except for my mom as I helped her pick it out. I realyl didnt care what they wore though, I think im pretty easygoing.

If you sign up online you get a $50 coupon and if you sign up in store for their CC you get an extra 10% off...so Mike and I each did this and our rings together were like $800...a steal if you ask me! What I still have to do: I am looking for some nice cards to give my mom, FMIL and grandma the day of the wedding and im going to write a poem inside but have not found any I like...if any of you girls have any suggestions it would be sooo helpful! I have also bought them hankies and thought I would make them an album after the wedding. Also - what are you girls getting your FI on the wedding day....I am so confused with this!

The minister fee is $200. The meal is $25 per person pass 16 people The gazebo rental is $500 for 2 hours....we are doing it from 830-1030, however if you want a bartender down there is $15 per person. We are just going to pay the bartender and bring down some booze and mixes, we did this in Cuba and got a bottle of rum for like $5-10 as I cant see paying that much for a bartender. If you want to reserve the gazebo you have to email Beverly to let her know. So...even will all of this its cheaper then the $1500 package, which worked out nice for me. I also got a quote from Jans today and its amazing so I thought I would share! 6 bouts, 3 crosages, 3 bm, my bouquet is only $220...I think I might also ask about centrepieces as it might be better than lugging them down!

The free wedding still exists as I talked to Beverly about a month ago for my May wedding...it works out to be WAY cheaper that way too. We have 42 people right now and its still cheaper to pay the $25 per person for the dinner, minister fees, gazebo rental etc was like $1700. The free wedding was included in the packages she sent me the day we booked with our TA

I booked my BM's hair along with mine yesterday, they got back to me super fast too! I am in the same boat as everyone else. I know you pick your flowers, cake etc when you meet with her the first day or two when you get there...it seems like everything happens then so I am not worrying about it. The only thing I would like to know beofre is the menu so I can make them with vistaprint before we go down...but Ill worry about that in like March...haha

I am sure you can email the spa before you get there...or email Beverly too. I think with most packages too you get a free hair trail so you might be able to book that at the same time.
