It has to be lots of self control. scheduling your time better to pre-prepare meals so that you aren't stuck in a last minute fast food drive thru situation. It takes time. Old habits die hard but you can kill them. after a while you wont crave it anymore. sometimes you may not even be able to look or smell at another fast food menu. I used to eat FF 3x's a day for all my meals. gained over 30lbs. But then my doctor gave me my triglyceride levels and weight. that was an eye opener. so was that movie Super Size Me. yikes! But now we pre prepare our meals, we eat fresh foods. Of course we still go out to dinner but no more mashed potatoes n fries, I opt for grilled veggies and water with lemon. again, lots of self control. but YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did treadmill twice about 45ttl, bike for 10mins, elliptical 15mins, abs, and weights

Did 20 min on elliptical and 20 mins on tready the mill. While on tready I ran 1 whole mile non stop at a 2 incline, at 4.5mph speed!!! Then I did 50 sit ups and 145 leg/butt lifts... Tonight: running, abs, and arms! I ordered a bikini from VS and I want to be able to look good in it!!! I want to drop another 20lbs in 2 months. I can do it!!!!

Okay so i FINALLY took pics guys! There was an issue because I kept them hanging at work, and I had to take them down in a rush due to construction/expansion and they got SUPER tangled. took me 3 days to take them apart. but.... (drum roll please...) here they are!!! close up: I definitely need to make more. I tied a paperclip around the top ends so that you can hook the string around that way.

Wednesday or Thursdays work for me too, maybe around 7-8ish. I will let my boss know we are coming and he will have the manager hook us up

HEEHEEHEE we did too!!! We chatted on an AOL chatroom that was associated with our High Schools and realized we had some mutual friends and decided to meet up. The rest is history!!! Funny thing too is that BOTH of his sisters met their husbands online too!!! how crazy is that??
