Im sorry about your mothers condition. I feel that she should go and be there with you. For pictures, hugs and kisses. But other family and friends can help you watch her. They know you will be too busy visiting with everyone. Just maybe have her stay a short period. like 2 or 3 days. hope it all works out.

SO! I called my TA yesterday because we leave in like 3weeks and I still didnt have our balance. We reserved 10 rooms and placed a $2000 deposit in Jan. Three rooms were left unbooked and my contract states that we would have penalties on any vacant rooms. So I'm guessing its like $200 p/room times 3 = $600USD plus our balance of $433 on our own room. thats over $1000usd!!! I was stressing... Well! my FI and I have been attending a new church which we now call home, and have been taking Nearly Wed/Newly Wed bible study classes and we have been willingly paying our tithes. Well, GOD has come thru!!!!!!!!!! Not only were the fee's waived, BUT the package prices dropped so we got another discount on our honeymoon suite, AND we got a 6th room free promotion even though we didnt book ten rooms so we get a $736 REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, she made it easier by using the $736 refund to cover our $383 balance and we will just get a $352 credit back on our card! so now that stress is completely gone and off our shoulders! WOW!!!!!!!!!! I am still amazed. Awesomess. God is Great. just so friggin happy to share all this joy! its like everything is FINALLY coming together!!!!!!!! my dress is awesome now! the people we care about most will be there! we are FINALLY getting married after 7, almost 8, years! I am marrying my best friend

you can do it! you have to want to do it, but you totally can! take it slow. one day, one meal, one step at a time! I lost ten pounds one month just walking 3 miles 4x's a week. then I lost another ten spinning. and then I lost another ten in hot bikram yoga. it took about a six months to get it off and keep it off. BUT! then mcdonalds became MY vice, lol. and ICE CREAM!!!!!!!

we are having a welcome/rehersal dinner the night everyone arrives. its the day before the wedding. and my mom, sis, and niece arriver two days before, so they can help me stuff the bags and carry them to the welcome dinner

thx everybody! this past Saturday I went to my 2nd fitting and I LOVED it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The seamstress did such an AMAZING job and I totally loved it! I know my Chalamalla will too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then Sunday the FMIL and I did some shopping and I have to admit... Im so sorry. It sounds like its hard on his pride/manhood. While he is out of work, can he volunteer somewhere to occupy his time? Maybe getting his foot in the door that way will open more opportunities. Im really sorry. I can only imagine how this is hurting you both. I hope it all works out. Pray

awwwwwwww, thanks everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont feel so blah now believe it or not. I do feel better. a week in paradise with my Chalamalla! (his pet-name from me) and the dress is pretty... its just not "the one". i didnt get all teary eyed. BUT! I am very blessed to have been able to get it. My bff had to cancel her gown order.

today is my FI bachelor party... I helped plan with the BestMan. Hope he has fun! Eventhough I know they are going to the strip club, I have complete faith in him. And... I get a night ALL to MYSELF! I was planning a Girls Night In but weather here has been yucky so most people dont want to leave their homes. oh well And I just ordered naught chinese take out for lunch

so, our wedding is less than 30 days away... and Im not excited I think its mainly because hardley anyone is coming just my mom, sister, niece- his parents, one half sister, aunt, cousin, and like three of our friends. less than 20 ppl. His own full blooded sister and BIL arent going!!!!! And now, to save $ we are going to get legally married at the JP the day before we leave, which kind of sucks because I feel like it defeats the purpose. I dont like my dress. I bought it because I thought it was cheap, but I couldve just bought a better design knock off online, or ordered from Nordstroms, and that wouldve been cheaper. But I dont have enough in the budget to change it now. I guess what we are looking forward to is just GETTING AWAY!!!! Just the two of us. Okay, I had to let that out. Ive been holding it in not telling anyone.
