Hi ladies! I just got back from Puerto Vallarta Mexico for my site visit. I had so much fun. I also ate tons and drank lots of margaritas! I'm hoping all the walking around will save me some. Crossing my fingers that I don't gain! Swine flu notes: Had I lived under a rock before going to Mexico I never would have known about the flu. We went to town, had meetings with caterers, rode the bus everywhere, etc. It was as if the flu didn't exist. The only time it came up was in the airport. I had to fill out a health survey and have my temp taken before I was cleared to leave Mexico. I passed and proudly wore my "Libre de influenza!" sticker.

Hi ladies - good luck tomorrow with WI. I'll be off to Mexico for my site visit (I'll report back for you concerned Mexico brides)! I'll try to get my WI before my flight leaves! I'm back on Monday. I'll try not to be tooo bad there. But I cant wait for a margarita!

Hi ladies - my thoughts go out to all of you. This is so hard for all us Mexico brides. I'll be down there in 2 days and will report back as soon as I can. I think at this point, coming up with a plan B might not be a bad idea, but I am glad to see so many of us are wait and see brides! Blkatz- I am so sorry. Please let us know if there's anything we can do and let us know what you decide. I really am sorry, that's horrible!

I leave for Puerto Vallarta on Wednesday - ahh 2 days! It's just for a site visit. My stepmom works in Mexico City and said that although it's a problem, it's being way blown out of proportion. She's fine. She also just got back from PV and said everything was business as usual. I'm a little concerned, but oh well. I can't wait to be on vacation.

Happy late birthday! My weekend hasn't been the best. I ate so many salty foods that I feel so blah and bloated. Any suggestions to help that?

Jacilyn - I am so glad that Cattie is doing better. What a stressful 24 hours! I lost about 2 lbs. I'm pretty happy with that especially since I only worked out 2 times. I'm hoping this week I'll be a little better with working out. Congrats on week one ladies! Remember, it's not a sprint! Good luck to everyone for a successful second week!

I don't know if I should say "I'm glad I'm not alone" or "Sorry that there's so many of us". My mom actually told me she was worried about a wedding in Mexico bc it's lawless, etc. Long story short, it would be easy for my dad to put a hit on my mom there. Awesome. My FI has such a normal family....
