Well, I too am having location issues. But fortunately my photographer will be staying at the Riu with us. So I will have her there for photos on the wedding day. I am trying to decide where to do my TTD session. Two places I have heard are the Falls and Coyoba Gardens. I am also concerned with doing the photos first thing in the A.M. following the wedding b/c I will likely be tired, and what if I look a mess, plus I may not want to get up early. I have to get those photos though. Geeeesh!

Can't wait for mine. I was actually thinking of how my sister (who got married in Nov.) had a beautiful wedding, 250+ people, but how my wedding, though smaller, will be the big deal, being that none of our family has been to Jamaica, then we will be on a beach, and then I'll have TTD pictures. Yes, use this site definitely. I selected my resort (Riu Ocho Rios) before finding out about this forum, but I wish I had known about it before hand. There is so much information here. The thing I like best is reading reviews....

Yeah, that happened to me as well. I went to check my flights out of Atlanta for my guest and continually got an error message. Did they ever, officially announce the pull back, that would have been the appropriate thing to do, instead of 'surprising' everyone.

do you think you will be able to get a better price, using outside vendors?

I am looking into an outside photographer. The one I wanted was booked and some of these US DW photographers are ridiculously expensive.....So now I am researching local Jamaican photographers....Any suggestions, PM me.

You are so lucky, I saw her pictures and would love to have her, but looks as though she is booked for my date. Will she be traveling alone for your wedding?
