Thanks Ana I hear you on the TA part.. mine is just awful too She was great at the beginning and now she blows. Did you actually call the resort yourself to make sure you were upgraded to the right suite etc? I feel like im going to have to call the resort and go over all my guests rooms etc, to make sure they get what they asked/paid for!!! So annoying.

hahah its ok I leave on the 24th, not the 25th (forgot our flights just recently were changed). So I would need it by the 23rd. And then I get back on Jan 8th. I could always send it home with my mom or sister on the 1st though and they could mail it for me.

We really went on a limb and picked a resort that wasnt even built yet and in a location noone had been to. We just wanted to go somewhere other than the usual mayan/cancun/PV and we knew we could count on the reputation of Dreams Resorts. It was also the cheapeast five star for the time period we are going -over christmas/new years, which helped make our decision!

Also want to throw out there that HauteLook.com is amazing as well! They usually have three or four sales a day and you can just go to the website and sign up. This is a good option for us canadians b/c unfortunately, as I learned, Rue La La doenst ship to canada yet.
