WOW! so much price confusion. Dont know whether to wait til the high season since it looks like a lot of brides are getting married april . may and june this year, or just jump in and start getting quotes too?

Is the photographer a husband and wife team? if it is the same her pictures look so beautiful. Can't remember her name right now. i was deciding on a photographer from Calgary too and still not sure. (probably one in the same)

We choose Cuba because first of all we got engaged there and thought what better place then to return to the sunny beaches of Cuba for our I DO's. Plus, i have always wanted a beach wedding. Secondly, the price can't be beat and we have a lot of family and friends coming. Last, but not least, the beaches are amazing and the people are soooooo friendly and I know everyone will have a great. I have been to Cuba twice and i fall in love with it everytime.

The dates are confrimed, but the time of flight and airlines are not. So its not complete. the price they quoted me was around $1400, but if i pay attention and the price drops i get a one time rate reduction for the group. Not sure if that is a good deal, but i was worried as time passes the price for this resort will ibe almost as high as the Iberostar varadero and that resort is usually around 1500 hundred plus in april / may. I know this resort is new and it looks like it is becoming very popular so, i took a chance and placed a deposit. hope that was helpful.

i llove it when it snows. It just feels more like winter. Not so thrilled with the melting of the snow and slush, but there is always a down side to everything good. so you take the good with the bad.

I know what you mean and cause may is so popular and so is this resort. i think we might be one of many brides there. BUt it will be all fun.

I went with a TA who specifies with desentation weddings and they have contact with the supplier (signature vacations) and they give me a quote and i had to put 200 per person to hold the price MIN 10 people and have a one time rate reduction if the price drops lower then what we have. I flying blind doing this, but i figure i gave everyone who is attending the wedding enough time to save that they should be able to afford the price. IN the begin we were to marry in Mexico and that was way toooo expensive, so anything now is cheaper LOL Regarding the date I have emailed the resort and awaiting for her response. We are booked May 1 -May 8 2011 and planning to get married 4th or the 5th. My dad's birthday is the 3rd so do not want that to be my wedding date. But planning has begun.

i really hope these reviews don't reflect to much truth to them cause i already booked and placed a deposit down for 2011. EEEEEEee

Hey I'm a 2011 bride and i've been on the site since late 2009. So their is no such thing as early LOL. Time has flown by and i know it will just keep speeding up. Now its novemebr and ive got a date book and ready to send out the save the dates and travel info. YAY
