I finally uploaded the pics to my computer... I'm so pleased on how they turned out. Most people don't even realize that they are DIY'ed ; ) Here is my work station. I cut them out with an exacto knife. After countless hours and 5 glue sticks later... our Save the Date's are finished! I couldn't find any paper that I loved, so I decided to make my own envelope liners. They turned out quite lovely if I do say so myself ; ) I'll post pics this weekend.

We didn't bring any Pesos with us. We were mainly in Playa del Carmen, but everywhere we went they took American dollars. Good Luck! Mona

I started a blog for the same reasons (to keep bridesmaids and family updated). I use blogger/blogspot and it's super user friendly and easy to use. Plus it's free; )

In the end you have to do what is right for you and your future husband. Even if you had the wedding at home people would still find something to complain about ; )

I'm having Co MOH's. I just couldn't decide between by best friend and my cousin so I'm having them both. I will differentiate them from the other two bm's with diff colored sashes ; )

I'm using orange and hot pink as my accent colors with chocolate brown as my main color. I'm thinking of going with orange and hot pink gerbera daisies as my flowers. Has anyone on here used them?

I'm definitely going to do a veil. We are getting married in a church and I have ALWAYS wanted a cathedral length veil with lace around the edges. So I think I'm going to do it ; ) But thanks to this thread I'm now considering flowers in my hair for the reception (best of both worlds)

Thanks for the input! The thing is... My wedding isn't until Oct 2009 and my dress just arrived at the bridal salon. So either I have my MOH hold it for me and have alterations when I'm down or have them ship it here. Do you guys know how many fittings alterations take? Thank You, Mona
