Okay ladies- I have an update. We sat down and talked about it again and he told me that he absolutely is attracted to me, but life has been getting in the way of our sex life. You're right, Erica he does have an extremely high stress job and doing it just isn't what he wants to do to unwind- it's things like fishing and hunting that relax him. I told him that it is worrying me about our future and he could understand that. His response when I said that I was afraid that we we're falling into the "just friends" category was- "but who wouldn't want to marry their best friend" (PERFECT ANSWER BY HIM!!!). We've recommitted into making eachother a priority and we'll see how it goes! Thank you for everything, girls! I really REALLY appreciate it!

I've been using Linda at Vision Travel. She is so thoughtful and thorough! I think they're located in Desoto. I can't remember the phone number right now, but you can go to Vision Travel - do yourself a favor and take yourself away for more info! Oh and PS- don't talk to any of the other ladies there- Linda is by far the best!

Ladies, you're wonderful! I think I'm going to try to make a date for sex each week (you know, like old people do! "Honey, it's Thursday..."). Maybe that will remind him how good we are together and how it's not a big deal for us to get busy once in a while! Heck after a while, we might not need to schedule it! What do you girls think?

Thanks for the reply and positive outlook, Shelly! We have talked about it and we both know it's a problem. Unfortunately, through all the talks and tears, we still can't get it together! The only reason why I say it's questioning my future with him is because (I'm sure like a lot of women would in my situation), I feel like he might not be attracted to me anymore!

Okay Ladies, I might be crossing a line here, but I really don't know where else to turn... Mods, feel free to delete this thread if I'm breaking a rule of any kind! FI and I have had a problem getting "physical" for a while now. It's bothered me for so long, but I'm actually questioning my future with him because of it. It's not that he can't physically do it, just that he never really wants it from me. He looks at girls on the internet and I know he takes care of himself, but it's always about 2 months or so before we do it together... It's been like this for years- but not always. We even made our New Year's Resolution to get physical more often! It's now September and I think we've done it like 4 times. I don't want to sound bitchy, I truly love him SO much. He is a wonderful man and is everywhere else completely perfect, but I want to work on this! I've tried initiating but the few times I've tried, I get shut down so I don't want to initiate every time! It's a total ego blow when he says no! Girls, a physical relationship is kind of important! I know no relationship is perfect and this is our only true problem. What to do?!?!? PS I tried to make this as appropriate as possible! I'm so sorry if I've offended anyone!

Hi Girls! I might be the only one, but I'm totally paranoid that I'm WAY behind on my planning! These are the few done things: Booked location/date Hotel/air booked & paid for Bought FI's wedding clothes & shoes Bought OOT bags and some contents Wrote vows Bought/sent STDs AHR plans coming along easily! Picked out BMs and their dresses (not ordered yet) Music for ceremony Bought Groomsmen shirts Have photographer booked (a wedding gift from our friend the photog! LOVE IT!) Geez, when I put it down on paper, it really doesn't look like much! How are you guys doing?

I swear- I love you girls! I always learn SO much with every new post to the RPDC thread! Now that all of the STDs have finally come out (I know- I'm a little behind on that one), the people interested in coming to PDC increases by the day! I think I'm up to 25 people! AAAHHhh! I'm doing a big 'ol AHR. I'm the VIP Manager for this awesome club in the DFW area that sits right on the water, so I'm going to have my AHR on the deck there (that way I can cash in all my favors at once!). We're expecting about 150 people and going to have a Mexican buffet to keep the mexican theme going, show our slideshow on the 2 plasma tv's there, and have a live acoustic guitarist to entertain our guests (all favors people owe me! I've been REALLY nice to people for a long time for this!) Still going to be pretty simple- FI's family is not big on formalities. Damn, Shay! I'm not mad at all that you told me that they're REAL FLOWERS! My budget is pissed, but I'm ecstatic! That's really inexpensive for that much live floral! It didn't help that the photo you sent me is with my colors! I would've never known it was an option without you! Thank you!! The time is totally flying by! I'm SHOCKED at how fast everything is falling into place! Love you girls!

Yup- just to check, I emailed Micaela about the decorated chuppa (I'm still in LOVE with it, but if they're plastic flowers, it might be easier for me to talk myself out of it!) and got her out of office that she wont be back until 9/15, but if you have an urgent issue to call +52 (984) 877-29-14. I wish my vacation time was that long! Three weeks! WOW! How are you girls doing with your planning? I'm thinking I'm on the home stretch for Mexico stuff- now I need to get my butt in gear for the AHR!

I've only been to one and I'm not sure if I'll ever go again. It felt like high pressure sales at every booth! Every photographer, every cake person, everyone with a registry wanted you to sign up with them!!! They get you by saying "OOOOhhh... congratulations! When's your wedding date?" and then go into their sales spiel. Especially if you're a DW bride- there's not much that I found that was worth it... Sorry if I sound too negative! I just had really high hopes when I went! I did get my garter there and absolutely love it!
