    I think they tried to be nice about it and they checked with you before booking somewher else. I expect that some of our guests may do the same thing, since we are trying to plan a trip for 60 or so guests it may not fit everyones vacation needs. I would let them know that it is fine but also of the other activities and interatctions that will happen during the stay they miss by not staying at the same hote.

    Wow that is it. Neither of us have been married either. I thought it Apostle was necessary. Guess I should really look it up on the web what it actually means :-)

    O I have another question. As part of the wedding package they say they will upgrade your room if available. Did they upgrade you? What type of room did you book?

    You will find a lot of information on here. First you need to pick a location. We went to our TA and based on the needs of some of our guests picked the place then looked at hotels. Good Luck!
