  2. Great list, I wish I would have had this before I went to Kauai this time last month!
  3. With so many brides, vendors, and travel agents on this board, I thought the following question would be an excellent one where everyone could throw in their two cents. So I'm just curious, what resort is the most popular and shoves out the most weddings within a year, making it the biggest "wedding factory" in the world?
  4. Going to see The Dark Knight was something my wife and I were going to do tonight, that is until we found out all the showings are sold out until Sunday! Crazy, I haven't seen anything like this since Star Wars in the 90's.

Trust me, the transition to the St. Regis is definitely a good thing and it'll improve the resort! I was just there 3 weeks ago and I an opportunity to see what the new rooms will look like and I have to say it's quite an upgrade! Right now is a really good time to go too because they're giving rooms away at really good rates before they close down for the remodel.
  6. Did you ever get this figured out? If not, I could help you out since I have the right software to do it!

  15. I do love TWIX but nothing satisies my hunger like a Snickers! Yum Yum
  16. I've been starving all day and I just had a Snickers mini, so that inspired this thread!
  17. I don't know what all the hoopla with Cecilia Dumas is all about, I used her in May and she was fantastic!

Do you need to see some more photos of Cecilia's work? I have some....

  21. I find it funny that this board is filled with women that are shocked when their FI does something to help with the wedding when I practically did all the planning for mine. It's just weird to me.

Then, her husband siad he didn't think he wanted to go to Jamaica but if they could sell this thing they would go. She was very excited about it being adults only. They sold the property for a 20K profit but her husband still wasn't sure he wanted to go. He also told her she "wasn't allowed" to go without him. Keep in mind she does work and makes her own money. We did end up losing the deposit money for their trip because they waited so long to give me a firm no. Her husband also said from the outset he wasn't going to the FL wedding (and she couldn't go without him) but now they are and without the kids, I talked to the bride who said they retracted their no RSVP and now coming. I HATE the "my husband won't let me" attitude. This is a new thing that started after the move to the suburbs. I think a lot of her avoidance is because she doesn't stand up for herself. My husband does not "allow" me to do anything! I am an adult and make my own decisions as an equal. I know I'll get over it, I just hate that we both had to feel any awkwardness towards each other. Did she just not show up for your wedding or did she tell you she wasn't coming?
