  1. Oh, I didn't know there was anyone else looking to see them. Should I put them back up?

We saw what the new rooms will look like and I have to say, they're outstanding! I really wouldn't stay anywhere else on the North Shore and if you're going to Kauai, it has to be the North Shore! It's not an all-inclusive resort so you tip just like you would here in the States.
  3. I can't believe nobody has posted anything in this thread since last night. This place must be overrun by Laker fans!!!
  4. My wife and I are going there this upcoming Thursday with 10 other people in our family. We couldn't be anymore excited!
  5. LOL I thought I would take this opporunity to post some funny videos on Sasha Vujacic. After watching these I think he's an even bigger ass than I originally did, and it looks like I'm not the only one! Sasha Vujacic Walks Into Cavaliers Huddle Kobe Elbows Sasha Bruce Bowen elbows Sasha Vujacic Carmelo Anthony Chokes Sasha Vujacic Rafer Alston goes 'Skip 2 My Lou' on Sasha Vujacic Sasha acting like a baby, nearly hitting his trainer!

Hell, even when his team was falling apart, he still sat there! And with how the Celtics played last night with Garnett & Pierce choking, and yet still having a chance to win it, I like the odds of them getting one down there in the next 2 games. My least favorite player on the Lakers is Vujacic though. I thought he was the biggest pompous ass in the second round when he was talking trash with Korver and then Memo put him in his place! Sure he's a good shooter from beyond the arc but anyone who calls himself "The Machine" is just asking to get his ass kicked!
  9. I've never understood how anybody could cheer for the ugliest player to come into the league since Bill Walton! No, I've always disliked the Lakers, even when we owned you guys in the late '90's. You're right, Deron is a great PG and he doesn't get as much attention as CP3, but that's to be expected if you play in the Utah market. Stockton never got his due! I think we could have done a lot better of a job against you guys in the second round if Boozer's wife hadn't have left him. Opps, did I just say that, the cat hasn't really gotten out of the bag yet!

Let's just say, my ideal date night is watching a sporting event be it in person or tv =) On another note, questioning the sourcing of my post is a huge compliment for a woman in the sports industry, just let's me know I sound credible, so thank you! And before I digress ~ GO LAKERS!!!!!!! Well even though I'm a Lakers Hater and Kobe Admirer, I can respect your knowledge of the game! With that said, I thought you might like the logo I created below....

On another note, do you really study and know the game that well or did your boyfriend or fiance help you out with that post?

  15. I was there from 5/17 - 5/24 and the whole trip turned out perfectly! The resort was awesome, the food was good, the service for the most part was really good, the ground were nice, the beach was great, our room was great, and the wedding and photos couldn't have turned out any better!

  17. Hey guys, I just wanted to let everyone know that Sarah and I got back from our wedding/honeymoon at the Excellence Riviera Cancun safely and we had a blast, it really couldn't have turned out any better than it did! I have some wedding photos here for everyone to view if they'd like. Our photographer was Cecilia Dumas and she was great to work with. So have a look and feel free to post some comments if you'd like. Thanks, Brandon
  18. Does anyone know how to get ahold of Cecilia Dumas or have her personal email? I made down here to the Excellence and it's amazing but I forgot my contact information for Cecilia and now I need to contact her. Can anyone help? I have my BlackBerry with me so I can access the internet. Thanks
  19. Well this is the last time I can access the internet (aside from my phone) before I leave for my wedding/honeymoon. When I come back, I'll be a married man! Wish me luck down in Mexico, Sarah and I couldn't be anymore ready!
  20. Does anyone know if the Excellence has American Power Outlets or do their guests need to bring a converter?
  21. For those of you who've stayed at the Excellence Riviera Cancun, how much tip money did you take?

Well anyway, the move and weekend was great! I flew into McCarran Airport Friday night, hung out with my fiance for a little while at Towne Center before having one last hurrah with all her friends at a club. The next morning we woke up with a bit of a head ache () but we were able to finish what was left of the packing, loaded the U-Haul, and off we went! The drive went smoothly since Sarah's parents drove the U-Haul, while Sarah and I rode together in her car. By the time we got home to SLC we were all pooped, so we called it a night, did all the unpacking the next morning, and caught the 1:30pm game against the Lakers. I'm just glad the Jazz pulled it out because it would have been really shitty if they hadn't. Go Jazz!!!
  24. Thanks everyone! It's kind of a weird feeling, like I'm moving onto a different plain in life.....
