Yeah, those were the favors. They were some kind of white vinyal bag with bright blue tissue paper. In them you either got a Martini mix set (complete with oliv pics) or a Margarita mix set. They also had little espresso cup candles on the tables and bath salts on the tables for everyone.

Wow! Both events looked wonderful and I might "borrow" your idea for center pieces! Thank you for the review and the suggestion not to wait too long after the wedding to do teh AHR....Ididn't think of not being in the wedding mood anymore...

The guy was cute...we were supposed to meet Chris' mom and sister there for lunch and teh weighter walked us to our table telling us how his mom called and they are running late (too bad we saw his sister outside smoking lol) and then he decided to put us in the back room and pulled away the table cloth (it was blocking the door) and everyone yelled surprise (too bad I found out a week or two ago LOL) This is the gift table The silky thigs are from my "furbabies" Daisy & Vera...It hink they want skin siblings (or could it be my mom wanting grandkids LOL)

So, my bridal shower was on Saturday afternoon. Aside from the HUGE fight with FI a few hours before, it was awesome! My Aunt and Uncle from FL were up, so my Aunt was able to make it and one of my best friends that lives over 5 hrs away in Rochester, NY left her 9month old alone (with dad) for the first time so that she could come! I feel so loved!!!! I have sooo much stuff to go through and put away My mom and sister put a lot of effort into it and it was amazing! It was at a Spanish Resturant that I really like and has awesome Sangria...which is why I look drunk in half the pics LOL That being said...here are some pics for your viewing pleasure, along with descriptions... The room before too many people arrived... OOOh, I might be interested in going in on the cups. I have to talk to FI first (not tonight lol). We were talking about doing travel mugs, so I have to see if he wants to do the cups instead. I'm not 100% sure how many I need right now because we still have people booking and our deadline isn't until mid-November, but I'm sure to have a better idea of the number in Sept or so... Anyway, depeding on when you put the order in adn what FI wants to do, we might be in My shower was this weekend Other than the massive fight with FI RIGHT before it, it was wonderful. Megan, which resort are you getting married at? It took some time for them to get back to me, but i'd stay on top of them because you don't want them to forget about youm (or give your slot to someone else!). Maybe just "check in" and tell them you want to make sure they have everything they need from you and ask when you should expect the confirmation. Good luck!

Thanks!!! Yeah, I was hoping it'd be slightly cooler the day of the wedding but warm the other days so people go in the pools LOL My shoes are 2 3/4 heal...I start out at 5'9 FI is 5'7....did the math? He jokes that he's going to wear lifts and I have to be barefoot LOL

Ladies, I love seeing all of your stuff Everyone looks great in their dresses I love to see how different dresses compliment different bodies! Dresses that would never look good on me look great on others and sometimes dresses that are completely not my style will actually look awesome when I see them on a particular bride...another reason why I love this forum

Definately!!!! Your wedding is about 2 months away! If you haven't had your shower yet, you KNOW it's coming. You're a saint for not stalking the registry...I've been doing it since we registered - a year and a half ago! LOL
