I asked my little cousin Ashley to be my 2nd flowergirl tonight. Her mom is one of my BMs and I just adore Ashley so I knew she'd be perfect. When I asked her she jumped up and down and hugged me so tight. She goes,"I'm so psyched!" hehehe Ok, so here's my dilemma. My niece (FG) is 3yrs old. I already have her dress: Ashley will almost be 9 by the time my wedding comes. Does this dress look too kiddy or should I get her something else?

You're officially in the club. It's happened to almost all of us here (I've only had 1 BM bail). I think a Friday would be more convenient for your guests but it's totally up to you! but WOW you really are putting some thought into it huh? lol

I love reading everyone's stories! The only weird thing that happened to me specifically is my grandmother who passed away coming to me 3x in a dream. The first time, she called me on the phone and I talked to her as if she was still alive. When I realized it I said,"Wait, aren't you dead?" and she just hung up the phone and I heard the dial tone. I woke up immediately and told my FI. I felt weird all day. Then about a week later she came back in my dream. I was on some sort of vacation and she was following me and my FI..but floating behind us without any legs.. again I woke up freaking out and I told my mom about it. She said she was going to call Portugal and get masses for her but forgot to do it. That was the end of my dreams.. until a few months later I was on vacation in Portugal with my FI. We were in the car with my dad (she's my dad's mom) & older cousin. We passed the place where he bought my g-ma's headstone. He says to our cousin,"Ya know, I had a dream with my mother a few months back." My dad lives in Portugal and I rarely speak to him so this was news to me. Right away I started to freak out but didn't say anything.. i wanted to see if our stories matched. He's like,"She wasn't happy.. she walked into my house, swooped under the table without legs and on the other side was a black figure that was choking her and I tried to save her." I translated that as her being restless.. Both our dreams where around the same time.. I couldn't even sleep that night thinking about her. I started to think, ok, my 1st dream- her first line of communication. my 2nd dream-vacation with FI.. when I found out about my dad's dream. So when I got back to Jersey, I told my mom what was going on. Well, a few weeks later, she comes to my mom in her dreams the same way.. but much more vivid. Her restlessness was because my parents were in the middle of a divorce and she wanted them to work things out. She never got to meet my niece so in my mom's dream, I appeared as my niece. In my mom's dream she asked her what she needed and she told my mom exactly what to do. My mom called me as soon as she woke up with her voice shaking. All day she said she felt drained all day. She was like,"Ok.. I have to do something about this!" So she made her phone calls and all of this went away. I did get one more dream a few weeks later. She appeared to me and I said,"Are you happy now?" She said,"Yes." and went away.. I haven't had a dream about her since. Knowing my luck.. I'll have one tonight hahahaha

I'm so excited hehehe I never thought he'd do something on his own without me even telling him to do it. He went on his lunch break to a CHURCH! He was raised Catholic but doesn't like to follow religion. I've been talking to him about getting married through a church before going to our DW. Well, he went on his own to talk to the priest and find out about pre-cana. He said it's been a while since he talked to a priest and he feels that people that go to church stay married longer lol I actually thought that was really sweet.. as if he's willing to do anything for us to be together forever. He even suggested we start going to mass on Sundays.. wow. I wonder if he had some kind of epiphany in his sleep or something! lol but anyways he got me all the info I needed to get our wedding done at this church!

I bet even david's bridal can get you a dress in a short time
