    I think they have their supply and they just charge you a fee to use it. Like for example the chair bows Perla told me are $3 each for some and $4 for the "nice" ones (LOL) - Guranteed they reuse those over and over.. It's probably the same material they use to decorate the arches for the ceremony - I am sure they have rolls of it..

    Thanks Ladies! They certainly were a lot of work but well worth it! I think for the formal invites if will be something like a postcard with a newsletter etc. Thanks for all your great ideas!

    I cannot seem to find the thread for Paradisus brides that Monica (AdamsGrrrrl) started a long time ago - weirdly enough her review is gone as well and I have done a number of searches.. HELP! There was tons of great info!

    Hmm.. that's an interesting question I haven't given much thought too! My fiance is wearing a custom linen suit - my dad will probably wear something comparable - I would like him just to wear a nice linen button down but I think he will probably want to be a little more formal!

    The palm trees are just plain old ink! I printed them on thick cardstock that I bought at Michaels - -just used my home printer!

    THANK YOU SOOO MUCH! This is such great information for us Paradisus brides and brides still considering their venue! I feel the same way - for me there was never a spot that had everything I wanted and that there wasn't a least one drawback, disadtvg etc. I love the idea about the white fabric between the Reef Grille and the Terrace - we will certainly be doing that as well! Great review!

    Here's the template I used for the actual boarding passes - the brown envelopes were each a piece of 8.5 x 11 paper folded into three - I didn't use a template I just cut the bottom third on an angle.. In terms of the outer envelope - I used a 12 x 12 sheet of paper - which I cut down to size - again no template but I could probably unfold and take a pic - I think I googled "make your own envelope" for inspiration THe starfish is jsut sandpaper - I had my dad drill a hole in each of the shells to tie in and my sister helped me with those!     Thanks girls! Yeah well we'll see how the formals go - We sent these out about a week and a half ago and already 15 people have booked - so I may be able to consider not sending invites!

    Ladies I couldn't have done it with all your wonderful ideas and templates - Here are my boarding passes that are technically my STDs - the response so far has been awesome! I decided at the last minute to send them out in a cream envelope - luckily they had ones at Staples which were dirt cheap so that was great - the turquoise folders I made myself which was a nightmare but worth it! We sent out 37 in total!

    We have a dog and we have done both the at home thing and the boarding. we have a dog walker during the week so we have left Barney with her but he loves going on his "vacation" to the kennel. For all you Toronto/Ontario girls we use "Redwood Pet Resort" in Milton. Basic package is $23 per day and they get 24 hour access to outside - it's family run and they love Barney and Barney loves them! Here's the site - Welcome to Redwood Pet Resort

    Thanks for all your feedback ladies! I guess the reason why I wasn't going to invite her was because we aren't really friends - have really been for 5 years - but - that being said - I am tight with the other girls so I might as well just invite her! You ladies rock!
