WELCOME! This is a great place to get info and ideas! I am also planning a St Thomas wedding -for May 2008. I liked it because it was someplace new for us and because it is part of the US so the legalities of getting married there are a bit easier (in my opinion) than another country! We have chosen a planner there (thanks to Jessica!) and a photographer. However, we have not picked a place to stay yet as we will be going with NO guests. (just the 2 of us) There aren't a LOT of St Thomas ladies here yet - but hopefully we will gain #'s and in turn gain info! Best wishes!

Who else's diet is out the window for the holidays?

I ALWAYS gain weight in the winter. Like I am some cave-woman or something that needs to bulk up for warmth..... I am pretty happy at a size 12 or 14 normally. (like to be a 12 better - but that's pretty hard for me!) I am now a solid 14 and probably gaining through the holidays. But, I plan to really hit the diet (and maybe a gym if I can get THAT motivated) in the new year. I want to be a 12 for the DW. I may try some diet pills.... they usually help me. Any suggestions on what has worked for anyone? -

WELCOME! Half Moon looks GEORGOUS! I saw it on Married Away and sooo wanted to go there. However, we decided that it would be "easier" to get married in the US or a territory so that the legalities would be smoother. So, we are doing St. Thomas. Can't wait to hear more about your planning!

If someone wanted, you could do a group order like the pashminas and get the best price... Would just have to figure out shipping from the receiver to all the other orderers. Just an idea... -
