Everything went very well. Settlement was surprisingly simple and quick - we were done in an hour! It was so great to get those keys!!! We had everything moved in that day (most still in boxes though)! We painted the master bedroom & second bedroom on Sat. I'm so exhausted! It's so surreal feeling though...like we're on vacation or something! We made tons of trips to Lowe's & Home Depot over the weekend! Oh, and last night I got to take my first bath in our house! AAAHHHH so relaxing!!!

we did the catamaran with dunns river falls & snorkeling excursion with Scuba Caribe. It only departs at 10am.

Yes, it's one HUGE waterfall. There is a 4ft deep 'pool' in the waterfall - definitely check out our pics... they're incredible! Robin DePaula album passcode is heidi_ttd The first page are pics at Coyaba River Gardens, second is Mahoe Falls (part of Coyaba) and thid is the beach at the Riu Ocho Rios. It cost $10pp to get into Coyaba. Plus, it's a cab ride there - up a very windy road.

Thanks everyone! We did our final walk-through today and everything was perfect! It's even better than we remembered! Can't wait till tomorrow when it's officially OURS!!!!

We almost chose Aruba for our destination. I did a ton of research there - where are you looking at getting married??

I can't believe it's almost here... we close tomorrow AM! Our final walk-through is tonight (before the Lost finale - like I'd miss that! ) I can't believe we're going to be homeowners! Ah, the great American dream of being completely, totally in debt! Here's our cutie patootie house - I LOVE it!!!! I can't WAIT to have the following (which I don't have at the apt): - GARBAGE DISPOSAL! Yesssss!!!! - Back yard with deck - I'm seriously going to spend a TON of time out there - Bath Tub! I'm so taking a bath tomorrow night! The internet at the apt is disconnected today at midnight and we won't have comcast out to the house till Friday late afternoon...so I'll talk to you all again when we're in the house! WOOHOO!!!

I didn't even notice...I was in my own happy bubble! I don't think the beach is any less private than the garden gazebo. A HUGE amount of the rooms are directly loooking over that gazebo - and we always noticed the weddings there before we noticed them on the beach!

I think I'm in the minority here! I make more. Then again, I have my master's and have been working for 5 years. He just finished up his Bachelor's and is in his first job. Give it 5 yrs, I'm sure he'll be making more then... the whole women making $0.80 to every $1 a man makes things makes me angry!
