CONGRATS! We're going through it NOW! Yikes! It's quite the learning process! After we made an offer, we received a counter offer. When that was accepted, we scheduled the home and termite inspections for the next week (our offer stated that we'd have it done within 15 days of the offer). We finalized our mortgage (had 30 days to do that). We did two good faith deposits (totaling $3000). Now, we're playing the waiting game. Closing/settlement is on May 30th - so I can let you know what that's like!! Good luck!!

Yea, we're fans. ESPECIALLY Reggie - this is his fav show! I get really freaked out by it still though! Particularly, the EVPs. EEEKKKK!

We checked out sand ceremony vases (3) and they got there no problem. So we checked them on our way back and they SHATTERED! I'm so mad at myself for not carrying it on! GRRR!!!

to the forum!! You're getting married on my birthday! Here's my advice...we booked Royal before going there. And were treated like Royals with upgrade to full suite! But at our meeting with Chandlyn, I told her we wanted to change to free. And we were, no problem. But...I think the Royal helped us with the upgrade! ...I wasn't trying to be sneaky!!! Anyway, HAPPY PLANNING! You'll be on the beach saying your I Do's before you know it!

My mom tells the story all the time, because apparently he said I was the cutest kid he'd ever seen. hehe I met a local guy on Action News - Don Pollack. My sister & I were grocery shopping and ran into him. We went over & talked with him a bit, and he signed our Genuardi's receipts. hehe!

well, it was LONG, but it was a VERY windy day so it had a bit of a fro to it! haha! Here's my handsome hubby with long hair on wedding day: UPDATE though: he completely shaved his head yesterday!
