If we do get legally married in Mexico, is the process easy? Will you have everything set up for us and tell us exactly where we need to be and when? Can the legal details be done earlier in the week before our Saturday wedding?
Yes, all the legal documents are done before and even the ceremony can be done before Saturday, I can ask the judge to come to your room and we do the wedding there. In order for your marriage to be legal in the States, I would suggest that you call your City Hall or where it is that you go to change your name and ask them if you will need an Apostille for the marriage certificate and a translation or just the translation. Sometimes some States in the United States do not require anything and sometimes they do. I take care of everything, you do not have to do it, only depending on the State we have to spend more money in translating or Apostille the documents.
