Oh well you suck!!! I didn't get all of that nifty stuff. I know I need to invest in a cutting mat. After the wedding though. I loved my Friskar's circle cutter, makes the perfect circle wherever you like. I had to purchase that only after purchasing the other circle cutter, the one that you put the paper in, bad thing about that one is you can only go so far in from the edges, was no good for my purpose.

I am going to order my paper for my invites today and hopefully get that in sometime next week.  Then I am hoping to put together the invites next weekend (assuming I get the paper in)  I am going to mentally prepare for the long process and with my good friend (red wine) and my MOH aka sister, we should have a good time doing it!

Also, last night, FI and I started our registries.  We went to Crate and Barrel and Bed Bath and Beyond!  We did great at Crate & Barrel, meaning we were all lovey dovey and had so much fun, but at BBB, we started to argue over that simple kitchen ware, he was being so picky!!!  SO FUNNY!  As we were leaving we were like, um...sorry!  HA!!!  This is why I love my FI!!!!

Haha, we started ours last week and luckily the FI couldn't really care less about what we register for, or else I could really see us getting into little fights about it. Glad to hear your fighting didn't last long :)

BAAAHHH, state surveyors.  I'm an RN and worked as a CNA at a SNF for years while in school.  Yuck yuck yuck!!  Congrats on doing well (I've never heard of one without any "corrections"!! What a wonderful feeling- the moment they walk out that door :)

P.S.- your signs are looking very nice!!

2 days down and 1 more to go before the State Surveyors are GONE pinkie.gif My staff and I are in pretty good shape with a few minor corrections, some of which will be completely eliminated with the implementation of electronic health record late 12'.  But with that said, I'm exhausted but managed to find some energy to bling out our Guest DND signs.  Because I was already tired to start, I dared not to venture on the path to cutting.  I will conquer this tomorrow.  So without further ado here are our guest signs.. I have 20 of these pages to cut (I always do extra just in case).

Not all of them look the same as far as the bling.. Some have bling inside the S, or the colors are reversed etc..

Happy DIYing

PS I found out today, that if I send documents from the computer to my printer friend, he accepts the items face-up (excluding labels.)  However; if you are in his company trying to print he takes the documents face-down. I told you his a$% is bipolar.  smile105.gifBut I love my (oooppsss- my work) Canon Printer Guy...  stay tuned, I'm going in the office tomorrow at 6:30 to print the cover of our welcome booklet.  I already pre-cut all 50 card stock pages...so NO cutting afterwards.. YES....

Nite

Just found the BEST DEAL!!  50 beverage koozies for $3.99!  They say "we found paradise" on them.  Buying them to put in my OOT bags and to give at our AHR.  Reviews say they are cheaply made and bad quality, but for that price you can't go wrong!  Plus it's just an addition to the OOT bag, not the main thing.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
