I wanted to make sure we could get those benefits, so I asked my TA how we can make that happen (going through her). We had 2 options, to go through palace resorts with our TA directly or our TA would go through a wholesaler. Both options would allow us to enjoy the benefits. We chose to have our TA go through a wholesaler so that our guests only have to put $50 down and pay off their trip 70 days before they leave. Just make sure your TA knows what they are doing to ensure you get those benefits. We had to sign a room contract which also states that we get the benefits after so many room nights are booked.

I have a question about the Group Benefits described on the Moon Palace wedding website. It says if you have 75 room nights you get unlimited private functions and this is what is driving me to book at this resort. I emailed the wedding coordinator but thought maybe someone could answer this for me sooner....
In order to have the 75 required room nights, must those nights be booked with the Moon Palace travel coordinator or can I have my own TA handle the bookings for us?
