I am on a very tight budget.  Does anyone have pictures of getting married on the beach with the BB package.  We have no guests.  It will be myself, FI and my 7year old son.

This is one of the reasons we are picking Beaches.  We want our son to also have a great time.

I saw Lizzdee's wedding invites -- and saw Point Pleasant and had to post - because I live in Point, less than a mile from Travelsmiths.  I have a friend using them to book her DW in the DR at Dreams and she says they are great. How has your experience been?

 

I'm not engaged yet - probably in the Fall.  Second wedding - we both agree that it will be somewhere on a beach with my kids and close family/friends. This is one of the resorts being considered - and reading all of your comments have been hugely helpful.

Hi Ladies!  I cannot believe I will be married in only 20 days, and 17 days until we leave!  AHH!  Anyways...has anyone booked or considered booking a private car transfer from the airport?  Just trying to figure-out if it would be worth it.  Since this is our honeymoon,  I'm trying to make the trip as nice as possible, without spending too much $$.  I just think it may be nice to have a private car pick us up (hopefully with a bottle of champagne, too!)  Suggestions?  Opinions? wink.gif

Yay!!!  Yes, there are quite a few of us on here that will be getting married on May 21st!  Only 19 days left...not that I am counting or anything..ha-ha!!  Do you have any last-minute things to do?  I am pretty much done, I just need to get some more summer clothes before we leave, and my real-touch bouquet should be arriving any day now!

Me too, LaurenMarie & TheHogans!!  Can you believe how fast this is coming?  I remember when I had a year!

 

I think I have most everything, Lauren - I am sending out "pre-travel" brochures this week (hopefully) and then I have paint brushes to "brush the beach from your feet" - I'm hoping to do them as well for my oot bags... but if I don't get to them, I'm not going to worry about it.

 

Other than that, I think I'm good to go!  With all this ugly weather, I'm looking forward to getting to the tropics!  I just hope the weather is BEAUTIFUL in Turks!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
