hey ladies - I saw the first bubba kegs of the season at Walmart last night. they were in the Spring section as well as on a housewares endcap. looks like they have a new green this year that's brighter than last year's. you can also get bubbas in solid colors red and black, and some of the larger black mugs had handles with light blue and true blue accents. prices ranged from $5.48 to $7.48.

happy shopping!

hi ladies - I wanted to share what I did to personalize my bubba kegs. I ordered some vinyl letters from an Etsy seller, ACJInspirations (I customized the font and letter size to 3", but see her listing as an example: http://www.etsy.com/listing/54352456/four-1-12-inch-vinyl-initials). I used lowercase white letters for girls' mugs and uppercase black letters for the boys' mugs. the vinyl letters stick on and are weatherproof, but you can remove them with a hair dryer.

please let me know if you have any questions!

The BubbaKeg website offers personalization on orders of 48+. While many people don't need these many, they do have a link to where you can get personalized water/etc resistant stickers personalized.

Plus, if you spend more than $150 they give you a code for %15 off. So my order of 24 was only $175. And I didn't have to go from store to store to get the quantity I needed.

that's cool! I never realized that bubba offered a personalization option. looks like either way (Etsy or PS Print), labels and letters are about $1 each. with 40 days out, I'm at the 'pull out the credit card' stage. ; )

I also saw on here (other threads) that brides have made beaded name bracelets and used stick-on letters from craft stores - just make sure you get the weatherproof letters. you could always use paint markers if you have great writing. and I like the engraving idea, but it's pretty $$$.

good luck!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
