Yes. 3d crest white strips were recommended by my dentist as well. Nice!

Just an update! We tried the strips - the 14 day pack (split so 7 days each) and I saw results on the second day!!! I used two strips back to back for 30 minutes each (both top and bottom each time) so an hour total -- after day 2 it was great! I did it again yesterday and my teeth felt sensitive so I am taking today off, but it's great.

My teeth were never really yellow, but I definately notice a difference in both mine and my FI's! Plus we got them on sale (regular 30 down to $24!)
I would recommend these over professional whitenning, because you can stop for a few days when they get sensitive as opposed to going in 100% at once.

I thought I would add to this, since I recently bought the 3D strips. I used them one time for about 25 mins. I have super sensitive teeth, so it was really all I could take. I went to the dentist 4 days later and my hygenist asked me if I'd whitened my teeth. I was like, "umm, well yes, for a total of 25 minutes!" Even she was wowed! She said if I don't have time to do it again, I shouldn't worry because she said my teeth are nice and bright for the wedding! I think I will try and do it a couple more times, because they do definitely work!

Wow! I had never even though about this. I'm glad I found this thread! Does anyone know how often you can use these? I would love to do a "trial" now then do it again in December right before the wedding.

How long does the whitening last? I am so excited to find this product!

the crest strips/tooth paste is the best thing out there... I used to get the special fitted forms from the dentist, but now all I get is the strips from her. The ones from the dentist (you can only get them through the dentist in Ontario) are stronger, and better. You can see the difference within 3 days. The store bought are good too, but it takes longer.

Nothing worse then not having that perfect pearly white smile on your wedding day :)...
