Ceiba del Mar does only one wedding per day and pretty private venues, they have.
I checked with them first thing.

A private villa is also a great option for privacy I guess!

Hey friends from the forum! I have been busy so I haven´t been able to write for some days.

My wedding planning is well on its way! My WC suggested I changed the wedding to Casa Perla in Tankah Bay ( just after SOliman Bay on the road that leads to Tulum) because of much better price conditions. Besides the house has four rooms which can accomodate all of my bridesmaids!

The Mayan wedding will take place at he beach and all the party of 80 will go to the pool deck for the reception.

I am still deciding on the menu. I am not sure if I should order a Mexican entree, which my fiancee loves and a more "international" main course which is not "Picante" ( I have just learned it´s the mexican word for "hot an spicy")
Dessert for me is very important so I want something really good, and I absolutely want an astonishing big wedding cake!
A band wil be playing for three hours and a DJ will take it from there for another 5 hours. This will all be acoompanied by a free bar and animation.
I am still trying to figure out the colours of my linens and flowers. Is there someting like a trendy colour? I´m very excited and happy as everything is running smoothly and most specially under my planned budget and expectations.
        Nan and Erik forever!!!

We have just chosen the Iberostar Quetzal for our wedding in June 2011 and they only do one wedding a day!

I am getting married at the Iberostar Paraiso Del Mar. They only do one wedding per day. I was told that so I have a choice of what I want for the day and not have to bargain with someone else for it.

I have chosen Catalonia Riviera Maya as this only does 1 wedding per day - I think all the Catalonia Hotels only do 1 per day x

My daughter was married at the Frairmont Mayakoba, and hers was the only wedding that day.  There are two possible venue locations, the beach and the Terraza Lawn, but they are so far apart that if there was another wedding, one wedding party would never know that the other was there.

The Mayakoba development is lovely and secluded, and the Fairmont is the most reasonably priced of the three resorts within the gated community.  You get all the benefits of the beautiful location, without the expense for your guests.  The Fairmont has won environmental awards for its design, and it's very eco-friendly.  The food was fabulous!

Hacienda Tres Rios only does one wedding per day.  I think they do more than one wedding over the course of a weekend though.  So our wedding is on Saturday, but there could be a wedding on Friday.  Hopefully not since we are having an outdoor BBQ welcome party.

Riu says they only do 2 weddings a day. Hoping because mine is on a Friday that mine might be the only one that day...probably not but you never know, haha.
