you can using something like evite.com, which is what my friends used for my baby shower. I have my wedding website at Wedding Planning Guide and Free Wedding Websites - mywedding.com, and they have a tool that allows guests to RSVP through the website.

Great idea! I would rather have people RSVP via the web. I love it!

We set up our wedding website with Wedding Planning Guide and Free Wedding Websites - mywedding.com and put down the URL on the invitations for RSVP.

We used Flash Wedding Websites | Design Your Own Wedding Website for our wedding website. It is a "flash" website and is not free..it's $60...but included in that price is the purchase of a domain name...which I like because we got to pick an easy to remember website...one with our first names only...and it allows guests to RSVP on-line.

thanks everyone!!! the knot actually charges for the site that has the online rsvp function. we signed up for the "free" trial last night, but they ask for a cc to actually publish it. it is normally 60$ and they are offering it for 30$.

it is nice to know that there is one out there for free!!!! i have not done the comparison, but it does not look like there is much of a difference.

for those that used mywedding.com - did you get to choose your url/domain name like classadiva?

I don't intend on using an online RSVP site for my wedding but I did use one was used for my Baby Shower. Invitations, Free eCards and Party Planning Ideas from Evite (its free and they have nice templates too).
