We sure are!! You should join us in our water challenge if we ever decide how many ounces... haha I can't measure in ounces (I'm Canadian) so you ladies have to tell me what you think, then I will do the conversion! I hope you are hanging in there... be strong :) xo

SSNM, please PM me with a before picture (full body, head may be cut off) and a initial weigh in (feet on the scale with the weight being clearly readable). If you would rather email me your pictures you can PM me for my email address. I would rather not post my email address in the thread. Please go to Post #1 to review the rules. Thanks and I'm glad to have you onboard!

I say 64oz! This has what it has been in the past. And for every soda or coffee that you drink, you have to drink 8oz in addition to the 64. Let's do it girls!!

Fun fact regarding the water challenge: Drinking ice water helps you burn a few extra calories (nothing really significant though) because your body has to raise the temperature of the ice water to your body's temperature. If you drink 64oz of ice water you might burn up to 70 extra calories.

I'm trying to drink ice water today, but it's making me shiver! LOL

Oh boy, sooo did not come close to meeting this. I think I got about 1 L :-s

On a positive note, I have been pretty good with my workouts. Diet has been slightly better, but only slightly. I think I shall have to return to my regimented dieting style; eating healthy is NOT as easy/natural as I thought -- not so much because of cravings, but because of poor preparation and fore-planning.

Thats exactly right, and thats why so many of us (not you included, because you look FAB anyway!) are in the situation we are in... life gets in the way and makes it hard to plan eating healthy! It requires a lot of focus!!

I know! When I was dieting like a fiend, I though 'oh well it will be so easy once I am off this diet because it is so restricted right now.' Instead with the excessive choice came laziness; I was no longer cooking mass amounts of chicken breast, weighing it out and packing it in containers the week before. Therefore, food just seemed so unavailable and so you just grab the most convenient thing which is usually calorie-dense and nutrient-poor.

I just got my meal plan for my off-season. I will post it here for you guys to see. It is tailored to me and my 5 workouts a week schedule, but I think it is decently balanced and you may pick up some good ideas from it. There is also a really good oatmeal pancake recipe.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
