I totally miss coming in this thread!!! It was a great place to share info when I was planning, now we're 2 months (ish) away from our first anni, it went SO fast!

Wow. I read the notice on HDC's facebook one day and was shocked! As per the notice about about no charge, I would suggest double checking that part, since we were required to pay for a "day pass" for our photog (HDC). It is great that they are going to allow outside photographers from outside. I would have been beyond pissed if that had happened to any of you!

When we did ours, we needed a group of guests to book right away to get a group rate. However, when anyone else booked they could just contact our agent and say they were part of our group, and they could book at their own pace (up until 45 days before). I hope I understood you properly?
