After watching many (an understatement for sure) slide shows, I've seen several ideas on honoring deceased family members. I tried buying kits at Michael's but the frames were too small/cheap looking. I finally found a site that sells a reasonably priced & decent sized bouquet charm:

Square Memory Bouquet Frames | Unique Wedding Favors, Accessories and Wedding Invitations only at Jean M!

Hope this helps those of you who might be struggling with the absence of a parent/family member.

Thanks for the post. I've been looking for something like this to honor my father and step-father.

I used a bouquet frame to honor my father. I went on a wild goose chase trying to explain to every craft store what I was looking for & finally found one just by accident at Hobby Lobby. I was glad to be able to incorporate my father into my ceremony. Make sure you have your photographer take pics of your bouquet up close with your charm; those are some of my fav pics.

I am using the bouquet frame to honor my g-parents. love it since that will be the only part of the bouquet that I can keep forever. Since i can not bring the flowers back from MX.

That is a great idea, I want something to incorporate my sister and I thought about putting a picture, but I don't know if having her on my bouquet will make me too sad... it is a hard thing to think about.

my grandmother is already saying how she wished my grandfather could be here to see the first grandchild get married... and two of my bridesmaids are family members, so I will probably do something like this so that he can be with me and the rest of us at the ceremony... very good idea!

This seems like a wonderful, personal, and great way to honour those not able to be there... I'm going to keep it in mind for sure!

This is great! I was planning to just bring a photo of my grandmother and grandfather on their wedding day to have taken with my flowers and rings but I like the idea of the small frame to have as well. I'll have to check the shipping dates since I'm getting pretty close to the big day and would hate to have it show up after I get home...
