I have also been weighing myself daily..I can't help it, I like to see progress. Anyway so far I have lost 6 pounds, since Sunday, that seems crazy to me!!

I haven't been finding it hard to stay away from carbs and I am a huge carb person, anything bread, chips..mmmm. not anymore. I just went out to grad a salad for lunch and as I drove past all the fast foos places I realized how bad they are with all the carbs.

Lisaloo - hehe cute story! :) My ILs (as I mentioned in another thread) are down this weekend and they always eat like crap and it can be tough when I'm dieting to be around them, thank goodness I have a cheat day this saturday so I don't have to die inside when I see them eating yummy stuff! lol

Jkcz - ahh that's awesome, congrats! I really miss fruit too, that's my only issue!

Lisa- Great story! On my first cheat day, my inlaws are coming out for the weekend and we're going to Napa! It is going to be perfect for one day, but slightly torture for the other... such good food and wines everywhere! Oh well, it will be worth it in the end! Also, I promise these shakes will not make you barf!

Jetsbride-Congrats! That is awesome! Also, I"m so glad I'm not the only one so curious to weigh!

Kathy- new siggy pic? It is goregeous!!

I too "cheat" and weigh myself.. I started on sunday and today is thursday and I have lost 6 pounds already (and I really cheated on my day 1 cheat day).. I'm super impressed!!!

I do find it easy but the hard part is planning out the meals so I have protein/fat .. I take like 5 tupperware containers to work everyday... this morning my FI grilled up some chicken sausages for me so I could have 1 at each snack.....

by the way I 10000% recommend them! they are the sams club members mark chicken, spinach and asiago cheese sausages. 15 to a pack, and they are around $12.

They have only 110 calories each, 4.5g fat, 0 sugars, 15 protein.

I'm not kidding when I say that those chicken sausages are the ONLY reason I keep my sams club membership .. they are that good. Sure there are other chicken sausages that I have found that taste as good but they have 8-14g fat in them. These are amazing at only 4.5g.

I ate one for my AM snack with a colby jack cheese stick (90 cal) and one for my PM snack (with 1/8 cup walnuts)

They kept me full and were delish!!!

OK girls keep up the good work!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
