They cut the youngest (curly haired one), Megan, and kept the older of the 2, Kaitlyn (I think?).

Yes, Mia was really really bitchy last night... I love her work, so when I see her like that I'm a bit disappointed in her personality.

I love those 2 brothers too, they're both great dancers and the older one I find is pretty good at choreography too!

So excited for tonight! Will actually be missing yoga to watch the top 20 selection :-)

I agree with you guys - they were pretty harsh and I feel they gave some people second chances and not others - like Nathalie WTF I was so sad when she got cut. I actually am glad they finally cut Gabi Rojas - i mean ya her solo is great but she sucked at everything else.

I was dissapointed with Mia as well - she was way too bitchy

CANT wait to see who they pic tonight for the top 20!!

I think the other sister is going to get cut tonight. She doesn't stand out enough.

I didn't understand why they were so mean to Brandon...the guy who auditioned with Natalie...He looked great and Mia kept telling him she didn't see why people liked him.

i wish I could dance like any of those people, or just have the muscle/body control...as I sit here on my couch...

I am slightly obsessed with this show.

I love Mia, even when she is mean. SHe is the first to say she loves to cut people and she only wants those that are serious, not time waters.

I was really sad to see Natalie go. I was surprised they didn't give her a second chance or dance for your life kinda thing.

I think they kept Kaitlyn because she was prettier.

DH and I were talking last night and they do have a sort of pattern for contestants. Last night one of the judges even said "he'll be good for the show"

I was so pissed with the cut of Natalie. She nearly made it last year, but ended up in that poor Katie/Natalie drama. She gracefully took the cut last year. This year she didn't even make it as far and IMO the dancers don't look as high caliber as they have in the past. Totally unfair that she was cut without a second chance. I think all of her previous dance experience (last years and this year's audition) she has already shown she is amazing and can learn choreography. Grrr...I love this show and I'm really mad at them!

Erin - thank you so much for bringing this up, I wanted to talk to you girls about it! I get the distinct impression that sometimes the judges will pass up on the better dancers in lieu of dancers who may not be as good as others but are more aesthetically pleasing? I have a big feeling that's why they kept Kaitlyn (although I think she will be cut tonight) and that's also why I think out of those two brothers (Evan and...?) that they are going to pick Evan because he is slightly more attractive (imo) than his brother, thus making him more marketable. Does anyone else see this or am I just losing it? lol I think it's quite sad but I also think that's the reality of these shows in the sense that they would keep someone pretty over someone not as pretty.

Anyhow, I agree about Natalie, I think that she should have gone through further than she did...they booted her so early that it seemed like they thought she got worse from last year, how can that be possible though? I also don't know why they were so hard on Brandon, I didn't notice any of the negative stuff they were talking about.

I totally agree they keep people for "marketability" but ya thats the nature of the program. Like the suitcase kid who has personality but his dancing is ok - i bet he makes it to the top 20 because he has appeal.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
