Hi All!

My bridesmaids are wearing a Bill Levkoff dress in "Horizon"- a bright, royal blue colour.  I have been trying to find blue ties for the groomsmen to match.  I googled 'ties that match Bill Levkoff horizon' and a website called bows-n-ties.com came up and gave some options for matching ties.  http://www.bows-n-ties.com/wedding-ties-matching-bridesmaids-dresses-horizon.php

Has anyone ordered anything off this website?  Were you happy with the product? Did it match perfectly?

Thanks in advance!

My girls are also wearing Bill Levkoff Horizon and I found an exact match for ties at Le Chateau in mid-late August of this past summer.  The store I was in only had 2 but I was able to order the others online and they were very quick delivery - I think 2 days?  They came in skinny or traditional width and also had matching pocket squares.  Hopefully they still have some for you!

Forgot to add - they call it cobalt blue - this should take you to the them http://www.lechateau.com/style/jump/Skinny-Solid-Tie/productDetail/Ties-BOGO/269049/?navAction=jump&navCount=0&categoryNav=true&selectedColor=Cobalt

The suit fits my fiance, but he would prefer it a tad larger...so he is going lose five pounds lol. The company was really good with communication and clarified some of the measurements (he has very broad shoulders and they inquired if we mismeasured they also let us know we sent the incorrect pant opening-we forget to double it). We are having the rest of the groomsmen order from them.

good to know. thanks!

I ordered a suit for my dad from Studio Suits after reading so many positive posts on this site. Thanks, everyone! We had him measured at a suit store and sent those measurements to studio suits. I ordered a "quick order pre-set" linen suit for $114! Shipping was $20 and it arrived a week after I ordered. My dad tried it on and says it fits with no alterations needed. Aside from the price and fast shipping, I think this site is great because they have so many colors, while stores like Men's Warehouse sell linen in about two colors. I was having a hard time finding a distinctive color for my dad.

Hi Brides!

I ordered a test suit for my fiance before we ordered 5 more for all of our groomsmen.  We ordered the waist coat and trouser set for $100 as well as a pure linen shirt for $50.  Total cost for shipping was $20 and duty and taxes were $30, so all together $200.

Although we are happy with the fit and quality of the waist coat and trouser set, the linen shirt came in with pink stains all over the shoulder and neck area.  When I contacted Studio Suits last night, their response this morning was that they have very strict quality control and QC checks everything before it is sent out.  However, I should take it to a dry cleaner and on the next order on the same shirt, they will give me 20% off.

I'm not very impressed with this seeing as we dont know if they will be able to get the stain out at the dry cleaners. I'm not sure if we will go ahead with the rest of the suits, or if we do, I will just leave out the white linen shirt as I dont want to risk wasting an additional $250 on shirts with stains on them that I can't return or get refunded for.

Just wanted to give you all a heads up and include some pics.  Any questions, just let me know!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
