NO NO NO you def cannot have candles on carnival ship. They will set off the smoke detectors which will turn on the showers and ruin all of your stuff as well as your neighbors... I was thinking about putting in a flameless candle or a plug in of some sort. I am such a candle person and it annoys me that I will have no candles for my weddingmoon lol.

I'm a bride to be on the Carnival Dream in April 2012.. if you scrolled up 2 posts before you'd see an OOT bag stands for an Out-Of-Town bag.. and it's something (not mandatory or anything by any means) that the bride and groom have for their guests who are travelling in from out of town to join them for their wedding. They can be as simple as a welcome note, some postcards and a small bag of snacks, or as elaborate as including personalized travel mugs, beach towels, and all manners of souveniers and first aid kits, etc.

I've been thinking about this and I think I'm going to distribute them before we leave since cruise ship says they will not deliver to each room.  I can't think of carrying all this stuff with everything else i need to carry

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
