They just better be booking with us now and not be trying to go on their own.  As so many of you have mentioned, I get the reasons behind it (incase the group needs to move etc.), its just convincing them! 

Out with the bad, in with the good!!!  ;)

I don't know if it was you or someone else who asked about 3 nights.  We had guests stay anywhere from 3 nights to 7 nights.  I think it's all in the deals that the TA sets up.  :)

We have a few guests that are only staying for 2 nights so I'm sure that is fine!

Does anyone have any info regarding quality of the 'preferred' photographers Lomas has on their website? I have found a couple off site photographers but am not sure if I can justify the $800 vendor fee! Also, for anyone who knows, if the offsite photographer comes back the next day for a TTD session, do you need to pay another $800?

Thank you!!!  Its nice to hear that you aren't the only one going through something that makes you feel so crappy!!!  (even though it sucks that either of us has to!!!)

I have talked to my Mom, FI and maid of honor, and they all agree it was not cool, and totally understand why I am so upset.  I still haven't written her back...but think in time I will give her the address' (if she hasn't got them already)....but that is it.  I am going to work on forgetting about those that are so unsupportive, and focus on the people that love and care about me. 

My FI has been amazing too....he has been saying all the right things when needed.  :) 

I will keep you all updated....hopefully the rest is drama free!!!!

Has yours cleared or are you still dealing with unsupportive family members? I hope not....

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
