I love the wording! But, definitely sorry it's causing confusion for you! I can only imagine having to worry about that when you have other things on your plate as well.

BEST SAYING EVER!! lol

Next time someone asks if they need to bring their chairs, you should say yes in the most serious voice you can muster up, just to see their reaction!!! monkey.gif
Then once the fun is over, you can explain.... hehehe

kind of hard to see but these are mine. i've had similar issues with people asking stupid questions like "i thought you were getting married on a lake" and things like that.

also, there is a line to check off to the left of the wording, most of the people havent checked it off. to the right i got smart and put (YES) and (NO) to idiot-proof the response, but most people have circled this part.

the best ones are when you sent an invite to Grandpa Vic (and no other names, not even guests) and you get a reply card back for Grandpa Vic, Keith, Kimberly, Josh and Leah. dougs uninvited uncle and his family are coming to mine. we didnt invite any of his extended family because he has 29 cousins on his moms side alone, and that is the small side. how do you choose? when do you stop? i guess you dont, haha, they decide for you.

so, yari my dear, i feel for you. i am completely in your boat. but not literally, its not a real boat. so dont call me to ask me if i meant i was getting on a boat with you. wink.gifwink.gifwink.gif

FI questioned me if people would get confused by our RSVPs. They say "Bags packed and ready to go!" and "Oops, missed the plane." He's worried people won't get it. He's probably right.

haha Yari. I think it's adorable and I thought people must be really retarded. However last night when I snuck on BDW and hubby caught me, I had him look at this thread. He was confused why people would have to bring their own chairs to the wedding and thought maybe the resort didn't offer seating.

Great- I married an idiot. :)

Sorry for not posting last night too- once I got caught, I had to get off before I got grounded. I feel for you girl. I'm sorry for all the extra work.

    • we ended up using Facebook messenger when we were in Mexico - the hotel had free wifi and at least 1 person from each family/couple had FB on their phone already - it was pretty easy to communicate among guests "hey, we're heading to the beach bbq for lunch." or "everyone is hanging at the small pool today".  a plus was that some people tried to get a hold of me via FB on the day of the wedding and I was totally not checking my phone - they were asking if the wedding was outside given the rain forecast, thankful my mom, MOH and a few other friends were on the group and could respond for me :)

    • Hi Everyone, So, I was cleaning out my closet and realized that I never sold off my extra wedding OOT bag stuff from our wonderful DW.   46 Daily Spanish for Dummies 30 Pool colored OOT fabric bags - approximately 13in x 13in. They lay flat.  I used them for our wedding and they were perfect for everything we needed to fit in each bag. There’s a slight shade variation in the group; I’m guessing some were cut from a different bolt of fabric.  They are also a little wrinkled from storage and will probably be wrinkled from shipping. I have three additional ones, but they somehow got something on them (likely toddler related). If needed, I can try to wash it out and send those as well.
    • I’m getting married in six months to my foreign girlfriend. I was advised by a friend that one of the things I need to do before saying I do is to get a prenuptial agreement. Basically it’s supposed to protect my assets and properties in case my relationship with my future wife goes down the drain. I don’t know though if this is an acceptable practice when marrying Kiev ladies. I don’t want to do it if it would be insulting on her end. I need advice on this. Please help me.
