I have no idea, I should look into that. I get abnormally pissed when I go to the market. I think I need to start doing some meditation or something. I've been way too on edge lately.

But anyway, when we got married, we had groceries delivered to our villa and oh my god, it was the best thing EVER.

Jess,

my parents live near a shop rite off of 38 and that place is a zoo - i can see why you hate it!
alyssa - is that the world class one in wall? if so, there used to be a toy store there that i worked at...that place is HUGE...it's like my dream supermarket!

i love to food shop. i used to have this thing about walking up and down every single aisle - i HAD to do it! during the week, i go at 6 or 7 pm, tho, when there are lots of people buying just a few items for dinner that night. i don't like going on sundays, but sometimes it's more convenient.
i am an obnoxious shopper tho - if someone's cart is in my way, i just move it. i don't care if the person is standing right next to it. i say excuse me once, and then i push it. there is no excuse for ignoring someone who is trying to be polite.

I think you just described the Shoprite I go to. Dont' ever go on senior citizen discount day. That's absolute hell. I always get stuck behing people who have no regard for the 3 other people waiting for them to move. I try to get my grocery shopping done as fast as possible, it is frustrating! I find if i go at like 9 at night, it's so much better. less crowded and no old people.

Dh always goes with me because I get too annoyed otherwise and yes what is with people letting their kids run all over (anywhere). I realize I have no idea until I have my own toddler but seriously!

We also have decided that even though its annoying to go out of our way on work nights, we refuse to go to costco on the weekends anymore so we meet up and grab dinner and then go to costco when we have to go.

It is because of grocery shopping that I have put off getting my license for as long as I have (yes, I am one of those sad people who is too terrified to get her license)...I mean, if people can't even maneuver a shopping cart properly, how the heck can I expect them not to ram into me on the road with their cars?

aside from that though, it is really such an aggravating experience, which makes me even madder, since I actually enjoy the actual act of grocery shopping. But with all the aisle hogging, running children, and people who actually direct the bag boy on how they want their groceries packed (yes, they do exist, and I ALWAYS get stuck behind them), I do my best to go when everyone else is in bed...thank goodness for the 24hr grocery stores that are popping up everywhere!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
