I do have some questions.  Did you buy the table linens here and sent them to the resort or did you pick them out over there? Oh and what about the sea shells did you get them here and sent them there or they had them there. Im just not sure what to get here thats not available over there.. You set up was beautiful!!

If you use the photography provided in the Ultimate package I believe you will get Juan Navarro photography.  We did the Ultimate Package, but our photographers were 2 of his associates that work for him.  I'm guessing that your WC may have stated that it is $1200 extra if you want to guarantee that you get Juan himself.  The package includes ceremony photography as well as about an hour of shots around the resort of just you and your groom afterwards. You get to choose 50 from all the shots they take to put in the album...and they take ALOT...they took over 900 during our ceremony and bride/groom shots afterwards!

Great Review!  I am so glad everyone's experience is so great!  You looked so beautiful and that dress was killer!  I have not seen anything like it.  But, it looks like you have a dress twin out there!  Great minds must think alike!

Our pictures arrived yesterday! Our photographers were Tony & Alex with Juan Navarro Photograhpy.  I posted some in an album under my profile on here if ya wanna check them out.  We think they did an amazing job considering there was a windstorm at the time of our pictures. But that ended up working out in our favor...I really wanted some pics on the pier there but there are usually tour boats parked alongside the pier all day, but because of the high winds all tours were cancelled so no boats!

Here are a few teaser pics!

Hi Terry. We used the tablecloths from Dreams. I was going to use gold napkins instead and white tablecloths but opted for gold tablecloths and white napkins instead. Claudia has this huge book full of options for tablecloths and chair decorations. I think i changed my mind about everything during our appointment lol. (2 days before the wedding).

Hi! I may be wrong, but I think that his packages start at $1200. I assumed, and maybe I shouldnt, that the photography included in the ultimate, is that first package he offers for the ceremony. You can email him through his website. I did awhile ago, and he responded that same day.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
