I'm sure it's different for everyone. I reserved the date for our May 24th wedding in January, but I heard I was really lucky and that there must have been a cancellation. There is no fee to reserve it so I would go ahead and do it ASAP. This will give you first pick for location and the disco if you decide to book it. Good luck and congrats! :o)

I booked our October wedding in May. By the time we booked, there was already another wedding booked so we get second choice of ceremony time, etc.

Just to make it clear, those prices and cutlery are for the POOLSIDE reception...if you have your dinner in a restaurant, it counts as your guests free meal and you still get regular silverware.

I just got off the phone with Paloma. I had emailed her a bunch of times and received no response so I thought I'd try the phone. It took quite a few tries to get her. Anyway, she emailed me package info for 2008/2009 which I think must have just come out because I haven't seen these prices before. Or the Mayan ceremony option which sort of looks cool.

The optional things are the same for each package, so I didn't copy them all as it would be repetitive!

            Here they are:

Which side are you getting married? I'm asking because we're getting married at the Tulum side and I ask Jazmin if they have the mayan ceremony and she said no!!! I never saw those packages!!!

I'll have to send her an email!
