I love the names. They are all very classic. I'm all for uniqueness but I also hate to see kids get teased or have to correct people all of the time. I love Ainsleigh too, Christine! I think it is the perfect combination of unique and classic! Good Choice!

oh thanks girls for the compliments on our little girls name, it was all my hubby, he picked out both boy and girl names when we first started dating and getting serious, I only get say over middle names-he's so funny about it, but luckily I liked the names he picked otherwise I would have had to overpower him.

I love Ainsleigh....actually a lot better than Elizabeth. Jay has a VERY psycho ex-gf named Elizabeth, so she kinda ruined it for me.

Actually my students have ruined a lot of names for me....There are a lot of names I like that were the names of my monster students and I could never give them a name that reminds me of a monster student. Wierd, I know!

My best friend that is also preg. is naming her baby Charis...pronounced Caris. I told her she was going to have a lot of people pronouncing that "h." Actually the "ch" sound.

Yeah I have to agree with your hubby on this one too Christine - Ainsleigh is very pretty and I don't care for Elizabeth (sounds to old fashioned for my tastes.)

My DH has said if it is a girl it will be Isabella Nicole which is pretty high on my list too. I just wish it wasn't so popular but then again Sarah was pretty common durring my days and it hasn't ever bothered me. She would probably go by Izzy anyway.

Martha, this is totally my issue too, which is why I wasn't too worried about Will picking out names, I have so many names that I have liked and then get some awful student or some annoying student with that name.

My biggest concern is naming my child a popular name. I HATE HATE HATE having the name Jennifer. It's not an ugly name, but there are SO many of us. It gets rather annoying. I remember there were 9 in my grad class. That is kind of crazy. I highly suggest thinking about the popularity issue before naming children!

I totally agree with you there! There were five of us in my Family Studies class, and three of us had last names beginning with "H", so the teacher couldn't even differentiate us that way. We ended up being labelled "Jennifer 1", Jennifer 2", etc.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
