AHHH - I cried! You were so beautiful, and truely a glowing bride. That smile did not leave your face! I can't believe you're married. It seems like you've been planning for so long ... and you're married! I love looking at weddings pics, but of course the LC pics are so fun for me to look at - and I can't wait for the 2nd installment! lol

Oh, and LOVE the kiss ... a dip, how perfect!

Rachel,

My eye make up is gone! I am sitting here crying like a baby! crybaby2.gif

OMG - you and your dress are absolutely stunning! Everyone looked so happy. Just looking at the pictures you can tell you and hubby are meant for eachother.

Totally well worth the wait! Your programs were beautiful! Everything looked amazing. What a beautiful day!

Oh my goodness. I just got to work and I really want to go eat a waffle (haha- I know) and I HAD to check on the girls first and rewatch the slideshow again- LOL. Thank you so much for all the nice compliments. I will go through and answer the questions, but first I want to eat my waffle. :)

Oh my goodness- I love this pic too. I laughed so hard when I saw it. He totally doesn't even remember doing that. I also love the pic of him right after he kissed/dipped me. He looks so proud of himself.

Yep, that's my mom. She immediately called me last night asking if she looked stupid in all her pics. She's so uncomfortable in front of the camera and I was so happy to tell her that are a lot of good ones.

The dress she is wearing was our first BM dress. LOL I HATED it on the girls and was totally not the look I had envisioned. They tried on the dress but we ordered it in a color we only saw a TINY swatch of. When it came in, I was disappointed. My mom rocked the dress though. It looked good on her.

my only Q, where did you get the really cute black dress thing you were wearing when you were getting ready? wanna loan it for my something borrowed??
Everyone is laughing because my dad answered the "who gives this woman away?" question with "Her mother, I and VISA." Oh the comedian.

The dress is a swimsuit cover up at Target. It was terri cloth (sp?) and so comfy. I would loan it but I wore it like everyday around the pool too. It's probably really gross. I bet Target still has them and it was like only $20 or less. I can't remember- but super cheap! I had a pink one too!

Haha yes, I filtered them. I will have to do a separate thread entitled "Is my husband gay?" I put a few of the silly ones in there- like them in the hammock together, but there are too many with them acting stupid.

One of them Steve is in a wheelchair and the best man is pushing him! Come on now...that's not cute. I shouldn't complain too much! I think they had a lot of great pics of the guys though.

My ering isn't an antique but antique style. Steve spent a long time searching for the right one and I'm so happy with his choice. I just absolutely adore it. People comment on it all the time.

The shirts were from Guess- last year. They are awesome! I loved them so much.

I know- at some point I kinda thought, should I be doing something other than grining at the camera? I just see a camera and the only thing I can think is "SMILE!"

haha yep- everyone does it so I don't feel bad. We have an employee dining room that's buffet style. We get to eat for free. I try to ignore it most days and eat just an english muffin but today is waffle day and I'm so giddy!

Oh and I should mention- I stayed up to 12:30 looking at disc 2. I'm a tired girl today, but they are GORGEOUS pics. Beth took some incredible night time shots of LC. I can't wait to share. She did such an awesome job. I think I might like the pics on disc 2 best. She has all kinds of more "artistic" shots and lots of detail pics!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
