Lawrence snores and I am a light sleeper. It used to bother me but now I can't sleep with out it.

We believe he has apnea as well. he will not get tested. when our son started snoring i took him to the dr's (Amir could be heard down stairs snoring when he was 1) They removed his tonsils and adnoids. Now he only snores when he is extremely tired or sick

I recently got a white noise, ocean sounds CD. It has helped me sleep so much. My upstairs neighbor is really loud. I could still hear her with earplugs. The ocean sounds cover it better. I'll try to upload the 3 mp3s I like. I was kind of picky. I didn't like ones with sqawking birds. So I trimmed the CD down to just 3 tracks repeating.

oh my gosh I can totally relate, E snores a lot when he is really tired or sick too. It seems, though, that he is really tired everynight. lol. I have to shhhhhhh him or tap him or roll him over (which is very hard to do) until he stops. He occasionally wakes up and gives me a look like, what the heck are you doing waking me up.

It's bad sometimes and I don't get sleep. He says the nights I wake him up he doesn't get sleep either.

The dog snore sometimes too. It sounds like a chorus in the room at night lol

LOL thanks for sharing my pain everyone!!!!! He usually snores a little bit, but he's been really sick & overly tired lately so he's just killing me with the volume!!!! I actually had a little cry around 2am when I hadn't been able to fall asleep yet (even tho I went to bed at 11!) lol

In comparison it's not as bad as sleeping at my parents place when we visit though. Then we have to listen to my Mom, my Dad AND both dogs! Now that's something that'll keep you up all night!

Luckily my rabbit doesn't snore so I just have to put up with Mat!!!

Looks like tonight is going to be another looooong night! He started snoring AND talking in his sleep about half an hour ago. Promptly woke me up & here I am online trying to tire myself out some more..

I wish that would do the trick! I've been throwing elbows left & right & all I get is a little "ugghhh" sound before the snoring continues! lol I'm just gonna wear myself out until I'm exhausted so I can just pass out without noticing! Times like these I wish we had a bigger place with maybe a second bedroom so I can escape!!!!

I am such a light sleeper and FI snores all winter long. I was taking ambien for awhile but then I discovered that if I just sneak off to the other bedroom after he falls asleep (which is 2 seconds after he lies down), I can sleep all night long without ambien! Not that I don't love ambien, didn't wake up all night long until alarm clock went off. He isn't fazed by me sleeping in another room. Maybe the old fashioned way of separate bedrooms or at least separate beds is the way to go! Cuddle for awhile and then sleep in your own bed!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
