      hoped to ride tonight (i'm a horseback rider), but it's way too hot and humid out so I plan to do the 30 day shred after work instead

            30 min on the bike (8km) and 20 minutes of upper body resistance training

              Monday was only teh 30 minute lunchtime workout class.

               

              Last night, 60 minutes on the treadmill doing a light jog and walking.

               

              Today is my 30 minute lunchtime Zumba class. Tonight I am hoping for 30 minutes of some type of cardio.

               

               

              I just wish this weather would get better. It's always hot and humid here and it is wrecking havoc with my asthma.

                Did my 6am boot camp class this morning.  I have been religious with the gym for a few years now and feel bigger than ever!  I know I'm not "big" but a few years back I lost 6 pounds and kept it off and I looked good.  Now, I'm back to my regular weight and can't lose any.  I guess right before my wedding next year, I'll have to actually diet to lose the pounds :(

                  Was supposed to go to bootcamp at 9:30, but since I got up later than I thought I'll pass and go to "rush hour" tonight.  I did 8 and 1/2 miles running yesterday though!

                    Last night was 55 minutes on the elliptical.

                     

                    Today is a 30 minute kettleball class. Tonight, hopefully another 30 minutes of cardio or maybe yoga..

                      Did the 30 day shred last night.

                      Hope to ride my horse tonight and if I have time, do the 30 day shred or go for a quick run afterwards.
