    An hour of spin this morning - hopefully it helps to stretch out my tight glutes from the run yesterday!

      Better this week. Tues 60 min jog w/ hills. Thursday p90 x legs and back w/ abs & 45 min walk, fri 60 min walk, sat p90 x chest/ bi/ tri. Happy workouts all

        After 5 long days of not feeling well, I finally made it to the gym this morning! 60 minutes on the elliptical, hill, level 5.

                p90x - 1 hour, plus usual routine of 300 sit ups, 300 leg ups, 300 crunches and 300 squats.
