    Went to yoga at lunch today and I am thinking about jogging on the treadmill this evening.

      Jogged 4.7 miles tonight. I had a big piece of cake this afternoon and felt guilty about it. :P

        30 mins on the elliptical trainer tonight.

          I did my 30 Min Shred DVD this morning for the first time, woohoo! I have 6K of hills tonight. Not looking forward to that...

            Took a long lunch today to hit the weights on upper body followed by step aerobics and abs. The instructor almost killed me and I sweated like a pig.

              ah ladies!!! I haven't been to the gym for about one week! I was doing great. I went to PR to finish wedding arrangements-pigged out and am now seriously swamped at work. BUT back to the gym on Friday for sure. Or Saturday.

                I'm so sore from yesterday that I can barely walk. Definitely taking today off!

                  did two classes last night.. body pump followed by body attack.. down 2lbs so far

                    30 mins on the elliptical trainer yesterday last night, which made 3 out of 4 days at the gym. I fell of the wagon today though - slept in this morning instead of going to the gym and am way too lazy tonight. I also fell off the food wagon today and ate a bunch of junk. I'm going to have to get my butt out bed tomorrow morning and go to the gym!

                      Went to "Body Pump" at lunch and worked shoulders after work. Also did Jillian Michaels - Shape Up (Backside) to get some cardiovascular exercise in for the day.
